The room was disgusting
So dirty I had to go out and purchase cleaners and paper towels. I spent the first hour cleaning the bathroom and kitchen area. Looked like the bathroom walls had never been washed. Urine all over the place. There was a bucket of dirty water we passed by every time we left the room. Never been dusted. Every surface had to be cleaned. The fridge looks like it was Never cleaned. So gross.

Great price. Our room had 2 burners, fill fridge and microwave.
Bed was way too soft, though. It felt good at first but didn't offer good support.
Walls are thin as paper. You can hear everything in rooms beside you and the hallway.... Even when people are quiet.

I loved it. Quiet, clean, spacious, and newly renovated or built. I'm a light sleeper. What I liked the most was the heating/cooling system, unlike other ones that cycle on and off it produced consistent, white-noise sound that was barely noticeable. I highly recommend this place.

Terrible, rude, ignorant. Not helpful. Do not stay there!!!
The company's reply does not explain why the host was a complete jerk with a serious attitide problem. I was willing to pay on my card when the host told me to go elsewhere. The Pomeroy was awesome

Looks nice in the pictures...sort of like, good from far but far from good. Room is not cleaned very good. Can see hair and smudges everywhere. Walls in bathroom are quite gross. Saw a couple pieces of hair in the bed. Not sure how this place has such a good rating.

Booked ahead and everything was ready when I arrived. The staff was very freindly and accommodating. The room was a little narrow but very clean. Nice full size fridge with water and ice dispenser. There could have been more cooking utensils, there was one fork one glass one pot etc...|The room was cleaned everyday, fresh sheets every second day, but the longer I stayed the less towels I received and never got shampoo replaced. The bathroom was very clean nice big shower but not much room for shaving kit and bath essentials. Also laundry and dryer was new and worked well, with staff offering detergent and dryer sheets too!|All in all a nice clean and quiet place to stay!|Staff is always freindly and ready to help.

We were driving through Chetwynd on our way north. We got in late and left early. Firstly, when we got there, we were confused by the entrance as there is no indication of where to go and you might miss the desk as it is tucked in to the right. The room was clean enough, but the bed was not great. My partner and I both rolled in to the middle and woke up with really sore backs. Not great for another 8+ hour drive.
