We had a party booked since Feb for March
The day before, They called to confirm as my deposit hadn't been recieved. I showed them it was paid and they checked it out deeper and it was an error on their end but they were very professional and quick to respond!

During the party, it was great. The room was very spacious furniture party of 16 kids and 10 adults! It was clean and ready to set our decorations. We got 15 mins before to set up which for us was great! The playplace was great and so much fun for all the kids ages. They had options for more pizza/drinks when we needed and communication was great!

Overall great experience and when problems arrived they were handled quickly and professional.

Thanks MagicLand for help making my sons 5th birthday and huge success

Many of the boards that the kids are running on are not screwed or bolted down. Gone a a lot now and my kids pointed it out I climb up there and they show so many boards they could just lift up completely

Toddler zone review only: brought my toddlers here today and wasn't impressed. The toddler zone itself looked like my living room after I need to quickly shove pieces of random toys in bins because my MIL is coming over.
The wooden sensory bin is super weird, nothing bigger than a corn kernels should be allowed.
The older kid zone looked very cool though. But I would say if you have toddlers save your money and go to a free Early On program in town.

Very happy to have a fun spot to take kids in Chatham!!!! Was very busy when we went. We were not notified that the climbing wall and ropes was more money. Would have been nice to have been told that upon arrival. I also found it a bit strange that no waivers needed to be signed.

Met with my cousin and her kids this past Saturday, Feb 2nd and we decided to bring the kids here after our lunch (F7, F8 and M11) They had a great time. The place wasn't too crowded and the kids enjoyed the various activities. My complaint is that two of our kids wanted to do the course that required a harness, so I went to the desk to get a staff member, and she was on the phone at the time, no problem, until her phone conversation continued through getting our kids in the harnesses and explaining the course to us. That didn't sit right with me. She's talking to someone through a wireless headphone in her ear while putting the harness on our kids. No thanks.
Definitely recommend the place, but I would absolutely not have my kids use anything with a harness again.

Good place with lots to do for many age ranges, kids had fun. The lady who we spoke to on the phone multiple times was extremely rude and was talking bad about the customers on the phone when she thought I wasn’t on the line anymore. Very disrespectful lady. Hours online said open at 10, multiple vehicles in the parking lot drove from out of town to find out they wanted to open at 12 that day, someone showed up at 1045 to let us in.

I can't say enough positive things about this place! My child had such a wonderful time there. I couldn't be happier with the joy they bring. Thank you, Magic Land Business, for making childhood truly magical! Especially for chatham's children.

Wonderful clean and fun place for kids of all ages! Staff were friendly and one in particular who stood out was a young man named Jordan. So approachable, kind ams helpful! 🙂
