Sorry to say , I have had the same experiences as everyone else …… DO NOT STAY HERE… You’d get better Wi-Fi in the middle of the lake ,the rooms look like they’re 60 or 70 years old, many of the rooms have broken air conditioners.

Was told that this place had been recently renovated. But as you can see "not so much" . Hard to sleep at night as you can easily hear people walking in the room above mine. Not the end of the world but no breakfast is offered here. My company put me up here not my choice and I would never choose to stay here. Beds are not good for people with back issues . But everyone does have their preference for beds.

Never stayed in rooms but have had food several times.
Food quality is on and of great or okay, depends on who is in kitchen I guess or other reason.
Place looks very nice outside and inside.
Service usually is great, had the odd time it was a little less but I guess everyone has an off day every now and then.

While the staff are amazing, it’s about all the positivity I can muster for this place.
The room was absolutely horrid. It smelt so bad. I had to leave to door open. The carpets were so filthy, you didn’t dare walk in bare feet.
The bed was fine, I’ve had worse. But Jesus, for 123$ This was way over priced.
The resultant, while you received 10% off left little to be desired. Should have eaten at Tim Hortons.

Dead decayed food under the bed, broken down air conditioner. Didn't need that but to walk into an strip6down mid-repair air conditioner, with its shell and obvious leakage hence the brown towels layed out to soak up the seepage. Give this place a miss but good note supposed the food is good, never tried?

First night I checked into my room it smelt so badly of cigarette smoke I had to burn an incense to get rid of the smell. I met my neighbor staying in the room next to me who let me know his room was a smoking room.I had kept my "do not disturb" sign on my door for 2 days in a row and both days my room was entered and shuffled about. They said they entered the rooms to change the bedding but the bedding was not changed. The bathroom smells of mold and there is black mold in the tub. The water tastes of mold and I had to buy tap water my whole time out of town. After I checked out they are now trying to charge me for cigarette burns that were already in their blanket. Booo. Do not stay here unless you're desperate. Also there are no locks on your doors beside the knob on the door. Do not plan on feeling safe here.

We had booked one night while on our drive down the Alcan that quickly turned to two when we lost our wheel coming into town. Not only did they accommodate us having a pet and kids in a non-smoking room, I believe that the owners waved our second night because of our circumstances. Now this is what I remember small town BC being like.... and then the owner gave my husband up to pick up the jeep when the cab company y wouldn't answer their phones.
