The Rosebank cottage is a beautifully clean and spacious cottage situated right on the lake! Love the ambiance and the amenities, especially the roomy fire pit inside the gazebo. Definitely planning to come back again.
Communication with the owners was quick, professional and cordial.
I’m already recommending it to friends and co-workers!

"It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas..." Absolutely stunning setting for our holiday getaway with family at the beautiful Rosebank. The cottage itself was big(5 bedrooms) with multiple beds, comfortable and cozy with the pinewood prominently showcased. Huge dining area that can comfortably seat at least 12 people. The features with the outdoor enclosed fire pit, lakefront with its own dock and kayaks and canoes and hot tub for us to use. Of course it being winter we didn't partake in it but we will for the summer when we come back and trust me, we ARE coming back. The weather was so picturesque with the snow coming down like a scene from a post card., everything about it was festive, the kids were even singing "Last Christmas" to add the vibes. These are the feelings and memories that we will hold forever because of the perfect backdrop of the Rosebank.
You are only about 20-30min driveway to the ski resort(we would could have gotten there faster if not for the weather) but it was fine the kids all enjoyed their first time skiing and snowboarding. Only about a 20 minute drive to Huntsville and Bracebridge for quaint small time vibes. Our host Asif was so accommodating offering up details on the amenities and suggestions and features of the location. He was very responsive with all of our questions, an absolute pleasure to deal with. All in all, I cannot emphasize enough how great this his trip was at this time of year with our family, one that we will hold near and dear to us. Highly, highly
recommended.

Spring, summer, autumn or winter! The Rosebank does not disappoint! Coming up for the winter break was the quintessential Canadian experience. The Rosebank is surrounded by serene natural beauty - from the lakefront views to the majestic pines around. Equipped with everything we needed we felt taken care of and relaxed from the moment we got there.
Our family created memories we will cherish for a lifetime, with an outdoor campfire, ping pong tourneys and more. Yet, we still managed to find quiet mindful moments alone star gazing (yes we saw Jupiter last night) and snow shoeing through the snow. Looking forward to returning again!

Our time at Rosebank was amazing!

Ahhh just imagine the serene mornings by the dock, peaceful hikes through trails, and cozy cottage with great amenities. It’s the kind of place where friends & families can truly unwind, soak in nature. Whether you are looking to relax, or work form home (internet is great), or just enjoy the simple beauty around you, Rosebank delivers it all.

This place is really cool, I would definitely recommend others to check it out.

This cottage in Muskoka is amazing! The snowy trees, the frozen lake, and the cozy vibe made it the perfect winter getaway. I loved sitting by the firepit roasting marshmallows and just soaking in the peaceful views. The place is super comfy and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. I can’t wait to come back !!!

We celebrated our wedding in October at this stunning luxury cottage in Muskoka, and the experience was nothing short of magical! The property boasts breathtaking lakefront views and provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. The owners truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They even welcomed to the crew of the historic S.S. Bigwin, allowing the ship to dock a the Rosebank so that we could have a unique ceremony out on the lake. They also suggested a local caterer for our reception, The Muskoka Chef, who provided a delectable feast, adding to the memorable experience. The amenities are endless: a canoe, kayaks, ping pong table, indoor/outdoor firepit, private dock, board games, and hot tub. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a remarkable and intimate celebration! We never expected this level of care when looking for a place to host our small wedding. Absolutly wonderful!

This was one of the best weekends I've had in a long time, and the Rosebank was a huge part of the why. Our contact, Asif, was extremely helpful and communicative from the initial booking request until we departed the cottage. Check in and out requirements were very clearly communicated and easy to follow.

The property itself was magnificent. Super clean, well decorated and the location was easy to get to (not too far off the main road). Right on the lake with a huge dock and water toys. We played in the water all day and watched a perfect sunset.

The jacuzzi was a great added feature as well as the indoor/covered firepit. The games room was a ton of fun and we were able to make use of the downstairs bar and games all weekend.

Everything was absolutely perfect, and we can't wait to stay at the Rosebank again.

This cottage is a true gem. We drive from Ottawa for our family reunion at the end of August 2024. It felt like we were at a 5 star resort. Everything was of top quality. Comfortable beds, nice linen & towels. Kitchen was well equipped. Asif was very accommodating to our needs and very professional. Really enjoyed kayaking , canoeing doing yoga by the lake. The area was very quiet & serene.This would be such a great cottage for Thanksgiving & Christmas with family. We will definitely be going back.
