⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Stay at The Royal Kelowna||We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at The Royal in Kelowna for our son’s wedding weekend. We rented three suites for our immediate family, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The spacious suites made it so comfortable for our siblings and senior parents to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Each suite had three bedrooms with full kitchens, living rooms, and beautiful patios overlooking stunning scenery.||On the morning of the wedding, the grooms’ grandmothers were able to spend meaningful time together in the bride’s suite while getting ready, which was such a special moment for everyone.||The cleaning staff was wonderful, always making sure we had fresh towels and that our rooms were taken care of promptly. A special thank you to Ethan, who was fantastic to deal with while making our reservations and ensured everyone felt welcomed upon arrival.||If you’re looking for convenient, comfortable accommodation in Kelowna, surrounded by restaurants, entertainment, and right on the lake with an amazing rooftop patio, The Royal is the place to stay. Highly recommended!

The location is amazing. Close to everything yet quiet at night. Property is kept immaculate. |We had a 2 bedroom /2 bath suite that had a 3rd bedroom, and well stocked kitchen. The suite was very clean and beds comfy. Several pieces of furniture could be updated ( living ) |Concierge was very helpful. Check in and out was a breeze

I was so looking forward to our trip and staying in this hotel. The pictures on the website show how amazing this hotel is supposed to be....well I was somewhat disappointed. While it is a nice hotel, you can tell that it is older. The front staff were not very friendly. There was still garbage and dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived.
It is in a great location and the views are good.
But we will probably not be going back to this particular hotel...for the price we paid, it didn't Wow us.

The service here is good. However, the rooms are really dated and just have that old place smell. If you’ve visited the Middle East or Eastern Europe, it really has those vibes and you’ll understand. They definitely need to update and do something to make this place feel more luxury. The rooms are just big but it just feels very 1970’s!

Our third time staying at The Royal Kelowna and it continues one of our favourite destinations. There is no location better to enjoy the Kelowna waterfront, Knox mountain and the downtown core. The staff are second to none. Every single request; could the bicycles be brought out early, a light bulb replaced, printing, a toothbrush etc - was happily facilitated. The pool, workout and whirlpool areas are SPOTLESS. The rooms are a touch tired but I heard that they may be updated. Keep up the great work Royal Kelowna team - we can't wait to return.

The lake side location is great, as well as super convenient walking distance to local restaurants and cafes. The rooftop pool has awesome views at night. It was nice having a kitchen with dishes and pans to use for meals. We would definitely stay here again!

These were the best rooms we had during our 29 day trip round Canada. Nice suite of rooms, perfectly air conditioned.

Disappointed that this was also the only hotel that was inflexible about check-in time. This was particularly tough as we had to kill 4 hours in 34 degree heat. Even though we gave them our number, no-one called us to let us know when the rooms were ready.

From the moment we arrived until we checked out, this hotel exceeded all expectations. EXCELLENT hospitality provided and staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly anticipating all our needs.
The room it self were all equipped and very comfortable and clean, beautifully appointed and offered stunning views.
We highly recommended this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable stay.
