Situé dans un quartier résidentiel. Un peu loin de Ottawa et Gatineau . Il faut absolument un GPS pour se rendre. Stationnement sur la rue. Beau et grand. Instructions envoyées par texto.
Les murs sont nus, sans décoration. Tout est blanc et froid.

I was on a trip to Ottawa for an overnight, and wanted to find something that was priced right. I had not booked before my arrival to Ottawa. I chose this location two hours before check-in time, and was warmly welcomed. I was not disappointed. The concept is different from what I had been used to, but the booking and service were very smooth, and the assistance I received from the people who are responsible for this location was excellent.
On top of this, the room was very nice. A beautiful, quiet experience, that I will recommend to friends and colleagues who are in the area. I know other guests share this location, as there are multiple rooms, but I didn't hear a single thing, and slept like a baby on an amazing mattress. I did not want to get up to continue my travels this morning. I usually stay in standard hotels, but this was a breath of fresh air.

Terrible experience. I was told I would get an email 24 hours prior to the check-in, when I didn't receive any email I called in the morning the day of check-in. The person over the phone at the guesthouse said the email with the self check-in code would be sent in the afternoon. They also informed me that the bathroom is shared with 3 other rooms, which was not clearly specified on the advertisement.

The afternoon came by and no email, nothing in all inboxes or junk mail. I tried to call multiple times and no answer. I contacted Expedia and they tried to contact the host with no contact. I was left at 10pm with no room, no way to access my paid room, with my family. Expedia couldn't do anything other than have a team look into it and get back to me on 72 hours...I was left with no choice but to then find another stay at overpriced amount, due to last minute check in. I suggest you save yourself a headache and never book here or you'll risk not even getting your room. I should of taken notice to the other reviews complaining about this place as well.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. However, it may not be suitable for those without a personal vehicle, as it takes about 1.5 hours to get to downtown.Other than that, there’s nothing to complain about.

Worst! My boyfriend rented me this place I get there and there's 4 other men in the place ! They expected me to stay with them. Scam artist . Won't give me money back either

That's a scam, all the reviews I have read after I have been scammed and charged hundreds on my credit card, it's a shame that it is still advertising lies, the ones writing reviews that it is a a good place must the their friend partying with the scammed money from innocent costumers, damn thieves

We booked to stay here and paid on the same day as travel, only to find several hours later that the room and location were unavailable (fully booked). We were offered and declined an alternative location but they have totally refused to refund the payment. This is fraud. Taking money for a room that is unavailable and then keeping the money when you refuse the alternative. We have a right to choose where to stay, the alternative was not our choice, and full refund is required.

I do not think it is good business to behave this way, I am sure that if you got what you booked it is an excellent choice, but when something is not right this person/business is not honorable and is clearly untrustworthy.
