I stayed here for 3 weeks for work and would have been longer but they double booked my room and I had to leave. There was no tv,no climate control and the hotel felt like I was in Mexico. My welding cables were stolen off my truck in front of the building and they havenât provided me with the surveillance footage. The beds are hard and my neck will never recover. Above all else the front desk staff are completely and utterly incompetent. Nice rooms but very poor staff and management. Good for one night but donât stay here if youâre working in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed the serenity of this location with the convenience of the city and central Alberta. The Red Deer Farmers Market at Gasoline Alley is 3 minutes away with lots of fresh produce, good coffee and local artisans. Sweet Caponeâs on 67th street was one of our favourite stops, best Cannoliâs we have ever tasted. The room was perfect, extremely comfortable bed and everything was sparkly clean. They have an adorable paw wall with all the happy pets that also feel included and loved. Thank you to the lovely staff that took care of us and made us feel at home on the road.

Forced to book last minute room in Red Deer. This hotel offered HORRIBLE customer service. When I reserved the room over the phone, the front desk staff told me that they were able to book me and my family a room with 2 Queen beds. However, when I arrived, the front desk staff took FOREVER to process my check-in request (with no other customers present in the lobby). Then, after checking in to our room, we were given a key to the wrong room (1 Queen bed and small sofa). I went to the front desk to resolve their mistake. After waiting for more than half an hour, we were informed that they actually didn't have any 2 Queen beds available to book that night (even though the hotel staff confirmed that she booked our 2 Queen bed prior to arrival). I asked to speak to the manager, because the front desk staff were no help in this situation. After explaining everything to the manager, his response was to "make sure everything works in both of our favours" by offering a negligible discount on a 1 Queen bedroom with a hide-a-bed because that's "all [they] could offer at the moment." This was not an adequate response to appropriately address my complaint as a customer that is willing to offer their hotel more business. I had to argue with the manager to properly address my complaint. After more than an hour past my initial arrival time, the manager was willing to offer my family (with 3 kids) a moderate discount an a 1 King bedroom with a hide-a-bed. We didn't get to check into our actual room until past midnight. This hotel offers TERRIBLE customer service and I WON'T BE STAYING HERE AGAIN!!

When I booked this place on Expedia, I really wasnât expecting an entire apartment! I guess I didnât look at the booking that close. I just booked it because the price was good. I stayed for four days and three nights. And actually, it was really great to be able to go out and buy groceries and cook in my own apartment. And the only criticism is that there is no air conditioning and when the sun is shining, the rooms are extremely hot. They do provide a fan in the bedroom, which is nice, but air conditioning wouldâve been preferable. Would definitely stay here again if Iâm back in red deer.

The room I booked was better than I expected. There was a full fridge and freezer. Stove top, as well as cooking and eating utensils. I wish my l was in my was much closer to city center. There's not much around this location that is very easy to walk to. Especially when it gets dark because of coyotes. Thank you

I took this trip to surprise my husband for our anniversary. The room was comfortable. However more attention must be taken to the cleanliness of the room for guests. A thorough wipe down of all high touch surfaces is a must along with a good sweep and mop is not too much to ask for. Also a kettle would be nice as the water from the machine in the lobby was not hot enough. Overall a good and comfortable stay.

Nice and clean. Rooms were very quiet, no roads noise heard really. ||The suite part was nice. Having the large fridge and other amities even tho we only stayed the one night. Also really liked there was no carpet in the rooms.

It's not very often that the innkeeper act will find the hotel operator at fault for something, but i had a package delivered to the hotel that cost me about 500 bucks that contained tools, some medicines and some legal edibles that are regulated by a governing body of canada.... the staff at the hotel decided to LEAVE MY PACKAGE IN THE HALL while the hotel was hosting rambunctious hockey kids that could have taken the package away any time.
-My items could have been stolen
- youth could have been subjected to the items in the box due to the carelessness of a staff member
- when I asked if my package had arrived (before i saw it in the hall) "mahdi" outright denied that it had arrived. Then when shown pictures from canada post that my item had arrived at the front desk, he held my phone like he didn't want to relinquish it (grabbing tighter when i reached for MY PHONE)
Then mystery charges and the staff not being able to tell you how many days you've paid for are another red flag.
Bed made and cans cleared but everything else doesn't get touched with housekeeping
Card auto charged before I was even packed, the previous day I talked to the front desk staff saying I had questions about my bill which they couldn't answer "but their manager would be there in the morning to assist me".
Nope, he's there to do more shady questionable things.
"Econo fee" isn't included in the price per room, it's a extra 2 bucks a night, but it adds up
Do NOT stay here or any other hotels in this group. Especially terracana.
