Interviewed here before, got an offer (still have the email) and turned it down after meeting some of the current employees.

This is a digital marketing sweat shop and folks should steer clear of this place.

If you want guidance and growth in your career, whether it be sales, marketing or working in tech, don't work here, even for a pay cheque.

During an interview, the manager in charge was forcibly trying to get me to log into my freelance google ads account, even though I insisted that was inappropriate on a remote computer with delicate client information.

Then, once I had set up a rouge account, with my personal credit card (again have proof, in case someone replies going "we have no record of you..") I had to set up ads for the products they sell, which during the interview was a branded tummy tuck supplement.

Using my skills I tried showcasing my abilities whilst talking through the process, but had the hiring manager talking over me the entire time. So frustrated I asked them to let me speak.

This was a great window to see how disfunctional and antagonistic employment would be like working for this company.

There is no talent, no learning and certainly no respect for digital practitoners.

Its taken me some time to gain the courage to say this, but after a fellow university alumni let me know about their experience of 2 years working for them, knew my first impressions were correct and I have to say something.

Avoid. This. Company. At. All. Costs.

This place has earned a reputation that's not very positive, especially when it comes to how employees are treated. It's a common understanding among many people that to keep your job here, you have to be more than just a good worker. There's an uncomfortable pressure that you should be forming personal, and even inappropriate, relationships with the people in charge - the upper management.

This isn't just about doing your job well or being professional; it goes beyond that. It seems like whether or not you keep your job could depend on how close you're willing to get with the management. This can make people feel uncomfortable and unsafe, and it's not the way a respectful workplace should operate. In a good work environment, employees should be evaluated and promoted based on their skills, their dedication, and the quality of their work, not their personal relationships.

Received a email to collab, had to give my Adress for the product I had to promote and paypal email to receive my Payment. Didn't received the product, money or a email back. Looks like a scam.

I was paid to promote one of their campaigns and was then harassed by the marketing rep and had the payment taken off me because he filed a dispute with paypal LYING and saying I didn't hold my end of the agreement.
