Les chambres sont bien, spacieuses. Bon wifi. Par contre le petit déjeuner inclus est un peu une arnaque. Vous pouvez aller chercher quelques grignotages et les manger dans votre chambre qui n'est pas aménagée pour y manger.

The hotel is older but well maintained. The bed was comfortable and everything in the room was in very good working condition. Plentiful parking was there and street access was relatively easy. A lite breakfast was included in the cost. An excellent Indian restaurant is next door, as is a public viewing area with with nice view of Kamloops.

What a nice find in Kamloops. This recently refurbished motel did not disappoint! We enjoyed friendly service and our room had a beautiful view. I really liked the pink accents. The doors were pink, my hairdryer was pink and I was told that some of the microwaves are pink. I found this delightful and it made describing our location a cinch. The room was comfortable and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Economical but not budget. I'm looking forward to our visit next month.

I stayed 4 nights in the Family Suite and after my room wasn't cleaned the first night (bare minimum fresh towels, they didn't bring any!). I called and asked if Housekeeping could clean my room and bring fresh towels. They didn't! Also, there was only one roll of toilet paper, and that ran out, no extra roll like other hotels have. I had to go pick up some and bring it to the room. As for towels, one day my son went grab some at the pool and brought them to our room for showers. Another day my son went pick some up at the front desk. When I went to check out, oh the computer was down. I would not recommend this hotel. I still can't believe the lack the Housekeeping after I called, and 4 nights?!?!?!

We had the loveliest stay at The Vista Inn this week. We came in for a baseball tournament and weren’t sure what to expect, but it exceeded expectations for sure.

During check in, check out, and every interaction in between, their staff were friendly and helpful. It’s clear that they take pride in their customer service and went above and beyond in ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay.

I also really appreciated that they have a security monitored site, and they do a great job in what can be a bit of a rough part of town. We felt completely safe during our four night stay.

The beds are new and comfy, and the rooms are a good size (even for 5 people!).

Only downside was that the pool wasn’t quite ready for the season yet! I’m sure it’s lovely when it is available though.

Overall, 5/5 for the experience, service, and cleanliness of the hotel. Very impressed.

We stayed at the Vista Inn for two nights. Our room had a beautiful view, was clean with very comfy beds that had 4 plush pillows on each. We also loved that there weren't tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner, there were bottles mounted to the wall so there was enough for everyone. Pair that with 4 large towels for us to use and we were a happy bunch.
The staff was also super nice and helpful.
Highly recommend staying at the Vista Inn.

Great motel. Great beds and kitchenettes. Very goof value for the price. The room smelt liked previously cooked meals and the representative at the front desk smelt badly of body odour. If you are on the front line of service I would recommend a shower and deodorant.

We stayed at the Vista Inn as a one night stop over in Kamloops. It appears to be an older motel that has been renovated. The motel is clean and renovated nicely. The room with a king bed was comfortable and over looked the river. The room has ample space, nicely decorated, comfortable. There is an in wall air conditioner to keep the room comfortable. The motel was close to downtown for several dining options.
