I went in and was asking if they provided a cleaning service to laptops. All they said was I use compresed air. I said I did that and didn't work. Then they said it's not worth my time to take it apart and do a more through clean. Only reason it's only 3 stars not 1 stars is that they helped in the past on a different laptop.
