When we first entered our room we found a bag of rags on the floor. It looked like someone’s dirty clothes were forgotten in the room; the concierge told us the clothes were for us to “wipe things”. Very odd. I moved the rag bag into the bathroom, only to find a surprise in the toilet. At Timber Ridge if it’s yellow let it mellow apparently. We booked a block of rooms off with 4 other families, we compared our bills and found the front desk charged higher rates to 3 of the families. When I asked the front desk why we have different rates for the same room they said “it will all work out in the end”. We did not get the same rates, and my credit card was overcharged by $89/night. The staff was nice, but this did not make up for the total lack of customer service and assistance. Do not recommend this hotel to any families or people under the age of 65. Upon check-in we had to sign a waiver stating”quiet waiver”, agreeing not to visit in the halls or socialize in public areas. In addition to children not playing or laughing in the hotel.

I stayed here a total of nine months. The best dang hotel in Fox Creek. During Covid was a little hectic, but these guys made sure everything was looked after. I love this hotel and I recommend anybody to use it

Great manager she really helped us out when our employer at thrasher didn’t book the right day and time for our arrival and she put us in a room as quickly as possible really impressed with the hotel and service would definitely stay there again 👌🏻

Really great place to stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well serviced. Best breakfast I've had at a hotel - consistently good! Real eggs, real bacon and quality sausage etc.

Stayed one night at this lovely hotel when visiting family on Fox Creek. Our room was clean and fresh smelling, all supplies we needed where there, breakfast options plenty and staff very friendly. I will stay here again next time I'm in Fox.

Stayed in Fox Creek for a family function and had a nice stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable and it was nice to get breakfast and the option of supper as well.
