You guys need to really have your buses run by cedar meadows on Sundays. It’s absolute ridiculous and pure laziness that you guys don’t. It’s a resort that’s open 24/7 and people need to get to and from work on Sundays. Just cause y’all are lazy people doesn’t mean the rest of the city should suffer. It makes ZERO sense why you don’t go by there Sundays. You have one job, and you can barely do that.. I’d like to get ahold of your head office to talk to them and tell them what kind of clown show you guys run here. Time for ALL new management and staff.

The new drivers need to redo their lessons, the attendants when you call and when they pick up are rude as hell, and also maybe learn to post cancellations or late notice so people can then change their mode of transportation or appointment times.

Addicts all over the property and in the building. Some of the rudest staff in customer service. They have drivers that shouldn't have a license. They dont know how to use the brakes properly or read signage for speed limits.

Lots of judgemental harsh staring from east Indians... Turning and whispering or talking another language as they creepily stare. Didn't even feel comfortable getting on the bus .
So I walked to the mall area instead.

I am student here. Every month I purchase a bus pass . Every day i take 31 then take 38 . Most of time 31 not on time . I miss my bus every time . Then i take cab to reach my work place. Then why you guys take money from bus passes

I would like to express my overall satisfaction with the service; however, I've observed a notable incongruity in bus schedules between weekdays and Sundays. It would greatly enhance the convenience for riders, especially students without personal vehicles, if the bus service on Sundays could be better aligned with the weekday schedule. Consistency in scheduling throughout the week is crucial, especially for those who rely on public transportation for work on Sundays. I believe addressing this disparity would significantly improve the accessibility and reliability of the service.

You guys have become he worst over the years. I remember when Family day the buses were free, now no service…. Also you need to fix your Sunday schedule. The fact that you don’t offer full service, or do the same routes for those of us that need to get to work, is absolutely RIDICULOUS. Maybe you guys need to pay all our cabs on Sundays. Maybe then you’d think about running regular service. I’ve been waiting weeks for a supervisor to call me back. You guys are USELESS. I’d like a corporate number so I can speak to a general manager, that can come here and whip y’all into shape.
Also you have a couple of the Indian drivers that are reckless, and always drive too fast, where they get to stops 10 min early… that’s not fair to those of us that are use to catching it at regular times. Not to mention putting everyone on the bus, and road in danger. Some training is needed. Or fire them. If you can’t learn to drive in our country properly. Maybe go back home to yours then.
Also selling tickets only in 10 is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. You use to seek them individually but again, you guys are going down hill.
Needs new management, people who actually care, and want to do their jobs properly and take care of the public.
Selfish and incompetent for the most part.

Worst service I’ve ever seen they run Sunday schedule on Saturday without any prior notification on their Timmins transit app buses are showing on regular time but there were no buses every time have to take taxi for workplace in such situations if they can’t provide food service why the hell they are charging so much for bus passes They even don’t deserve one star
