It's a small place with great food. Service was quick and food was yummy. Tried veggie club house sandwich, breakfast skillet, fluffy pancakes, avocado toast. Everything was great.

This was our first time here.

It was busy, but a quick wait of about 15mins for 6of us.

MENU: lots of choices on the menu. great variety of pancakes, french toast, fruit, and eggs. many things available.

FOOD: The food was delicious. The pancakes were probably one of the fluffiest and most delicious we've had anywhere. My poached medium eggs were done a bit more than i had hoped, with a small piece of shell in one (it happens) but otherwise everything was great.

SERVICE: There was only a couple of severs for this small place but they did what they could and remained attentive with us, always refilling our coffee. Our server was very pleasant.

CLEANLINESS: Restrooms and restaurant was very clean.

OVERALL: A great experience, and an excellent place to have breakfast. price was fair. 6 of us ate for about $110.00.

I HIGHlY recommend the pancakes!!

Had egg benedict with smoked salmon, spinach-feta omelett, and kids pancake. Overall very happy. Food is good and price is good, nothing exceptional but service was quite fast and staff nice.

Wow! Amazing little gem in the heart of Cookstown. Felt very homely, the food was just AMAZING and full of flavour. All fresh ingredients. Owner is such a friendly guy who is attentive and always making sure we're good and on coffee refills.

Huge portions of food, so tasty and so homely. Great chatting with the owner giving us some history about the place. If you're looking for a homely atmosphere, this is the place!

Stopped by for brunch.
We got the tex mex Benny and the Bhurji Chicken.
Both were slightly above average in taste but the staff is friendly and the ambience is very homely!

Checked out this diner on a whim, while travelling through town. My kids enjoyed their meals and the food seemed fresh. I ordered a Vegetarian skillet and was excited to try. It arrived to the table bubbling and hot, and smelling burnt. The top portion was edible but the entire bottom was so burnt, it almost looked like charcoal. All I could smell was burnt food and I couldn’t enjoy the rest of my breakfast. The cook insisted it’s supposed to be like that, and yelled at the server (Theresa) where the entire restaurant could hear- and insisted she bring it back to the table. Theresa was welcoming and friendly, and so apologetic to a problem that was out of her control.

An unpretentious spot with great food, big portions, friendly service, and prices that don't bite. We got a Philly Steak 4 eggs omelette and Bhurji Chicken Skillet. We were a bit apprehensive about ordering a breakfast item with non-traditional ingredients, masala spices and jalapeno peppers in this case, but it turned out phenomenal! Definitely recommend.
