I would like to say what a great experience we had today Sunday Sept 8/2023 on our bus trip to go peach picking . Our wonderful driver Monica was great driving and I'd like to acknowledge her for an awesome ride .

Bus number 2634 tailgating
On the highway 400 series I would never take a ride with this bus line. Your safety is definitely not their priority. Don't waste your money

Disgustingly dirty coaches. We were on coach bus #2632 to thousand islands today and there were years of grime under the armrests and old dried brown stuff in the cup holders. Headrests looked greasy and I doubt the cloth seats have been steam cleaned within the past year. Even the driver when we pointed out the grime on the seats thought it was bad. If I were a business I wouldn’t charter this coach line!

Nearly killed me when turning off the highway, driver did not look causing me and two lanes of traffic to slam their brakes to avoid them. Would rate 0/5 or lower if I could. Unfortunately did not get the license plate number.

Waiting at the stop, called the office to check as bus was at this time 20 minutes late. Reception told me he’s on the way. He came FLYING through town well over the speed limit and as I’m standing on the sidewalk with my suitcases, he goes right past me!! Called the office to ask what the hell happened and the reception was calling driver. Some extremely rude who didn’t listen t anything I said tried claiming I didn’t flag the speeding bus down. Seriously If you see someone pulling two suitcases how much more obvious is it that I’m a paid passenger? If he wasn’t barreling through town he’d see me. Tickets are prepaid. Why in the world wouldn’t the office give drivers a list of tickets and the associated stops and completely avoid this disaster. Luckily my ride stayed with me. We had to chase down the bus. The driver wasn’t any better than person on the phone. Both had excuses for the company’s incompetence. Terrible attitude and zero accountability! If you book this company make sure you bring a massive flag to get the driver to stop. Like a woman standing on side of the road with a suitcase in each hand isn’t obviously waiting for the bus? Hopefully the bus half full of passengers along with myself don’t miss our flights. We’re well over 45 mins late now.

Last nigh, my au pair was supposed to come home to Port Elgin last night on the 545 bus from the airport. She did not receive a email, text or phone call telling her the bus was leaving early because of the possibility of a storm coming. That is completely unacceptable for a company to leave her stranded. The next bus is on Monday. What is she supposed to do? Get a hotel room for 3 nights in Toronto and then get charter home? Take a taxi? All on her dime? Ridiculous
Did you even have any people on the bus? How did they know the bus was leaving early? Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

We used TOK 56 coach bus on our wedding day to take our guests from Hamilton to Richmond Hill. We highly recommend TOK for your travel needs.

Junko was really good with communications. Didn't have any issue contacting Junko through out the process. Answered all my questions whenever I had one.

Driver of the bus was great. He was patient and understanding. He got the guests to the wedding ready to party and got the guests back home safe. Shout out to the TOK driver.

Thanks for being apart of our wedding day and thanks for getting our guests there and back without any issues.

Awesome driver LEMECK - Bus to Halliburton.
He’s friendly, greeting everyone with a smile! He interacts a bit with passengers. Super helpful with baggage. I had a fun travel experience. Great job!
