I'm a crossing guard in downtown Toronto. Today, and on other occasions, school bus drivers have gone through red lights and ignored my stop sign. By going through red lights, your drivers put your bus at a much higher chance of collision. Not only are your drivers failing to yield to a crossing guard, which could result in a $1000 fine, they also refuse to cooperate and learn basic road safety.

See the photo below, at least five school buses at Bestview Drive stop at same time on a typical day. They still won't change the bus stop. The decision is subjective without first hand information.

Will someone answer the phone or email back? I have called and emailed several times and pointed out how dangerous the pick up and drop off area is. Today was a perfect example of that. I have gone as far as suggesting an alternative that does not disrupt the route and SILENCE. Guess they are pretty much an exclusive service so why deal with the parents?!? Maybe another company can start up and take over this contract.

Company doesnt care for childrens well being. Arriving very late in the morning, kids arrive late to school and arrive 45min afterschool, in the cold. SHAME. I bring my kids to and from school now as its very cold out and I also dont want them interupting class everyday. Since the pandemic, noone seems to care anymore 🙁

No consistent way of contacting the bus company. Janky app. Buses delayed with no warning or communication to parents. My kid has been bussing for 2 years and I can’t undersell how disappointing and frustrating the experience has been.

The phone operator/receptionist is always rude. Despite calling them first thing in the morning to notify changes, the bus drivers doesn't get the information from their operator. Then the bus driver questions parent at pick up why they weren't notified of an unnecessary pick up. In general there is poor communication within their company and terrible customer service.
