J'ai acheté un ticket et sélectionné mon siège en payant un surplus pour la compagnie Megabus, mais une fois arriver sur place, le bus aurait été changer sans nous prévenir, donc on paye un surplus pour rien et en plus de sa j'avais choisie megabus justement parcequ'ils avait des tables à bord pour que je puisse travailler sur mon pc et la du coup pas possible. très embêtant.

Et pour ne rien gâché leur bus sont deguelasse et poussiéreux.
C'est la dernière fois que je fait des trajet avec eux!

Centre névralgique de Toronto, Union Station Bus (par Bay Street ) jouxte Union Train Station. Union offre de réquents départs pour l'ensemble du Canada. Tarifs bus abordable : ex : 15$ A/S pour Barrie Bus Terminal. En cas de mauvais temps vous pouvez rejoindre la station bus par le quai ferroviaire voie 47 ! Connexion métro idéale ainsi que connexion Pearson Airport avec Up Express.

Its not as confusing as some people have made it sound in the reviews. Yes the entrance to the old bus terminal is closed and all you see is a bunch of cars parked there of workers.

If you keep walking on the side walk you will see a sign under the pass on the left hand side saying bus terminal
Entrance keep walking in its direction and you will enter the doors you keep walking through the hall way it has a bunch of doors and seats you keep walking till you see the sign saying cibc park square thats where you will see two doors one for the park and the other taking you to the actual new terminal.

Yes there is not a lot of signage but if you follow the few signs you should be okay.

The lower floor has gates 1-7 rest are on the upper level that can be accessed with escalators.

They have automatic doors which indicate when to enter etc. They have vending machines and seats with signs asking people not seat closeby to maintain social distance.

They also have ticket machines and the multiple screens showing arrival and departure info abt buses and regular announcements as well.

While i was there i saw security walk the area and the construction workers were also polite and were helpful when you asked them any questions.

Very bad and rude "Customer Service" at Union Bus Station. The lot just stood around pointing fingers when requested for simple directions for a bus. I was asked to go to three gates and I missed my bus to Niagara falls. Despite arriving 40 minutes early and having paid the full amount, I had to pay $98 more.

乗り場が奥まったところにあるので、係員に聞くべき。出発5分前程度にゲートが開き、バスに乗り込みます。運転手にチケット(私の場合は電子チケットのスクショ)を見せました。自由席。
乗り場には共有のお手洗い2つあり。バス内にはお手洗いなし。

Everything is a mile from anywhere with no clue where busses are going to be on any given day of the week. Takes the boards so long to scroll through information that the bus will leave i those minutes. The maze from TTC is completely uncalled for

When I first got to the station, I was amazed by how scenic everything looked. The deep blue skies and the piercing glass skyscrapers. The bus station is easy to locate, and has the proper signage and amenities.
