My husband went in to change his car registration and license from Saskatchewan to Manitoba, his safety was expired so he wasn’t able to change his registration over but the lady changed his license anyways. Voiding his SGI insurance. Which she did not tell him about. The lady was very slow and didn’t know what she was talking about. Tried fighting about a bank statement and credit statement being the same thing and ended up accepting them eventually. She likes to talk down to customers too. And at the end of the day we now can’t drive the car anywhere unless we want to risk a ticket.

They dont know what there doing refused me service because she didn't know how to do the tasks I asked of her, don't waste you're time go to Village Insurance Brokers in Lorette. went in with the same info and they were more then happy to help me and take care of me. I highly suggest not using Total take the extra 5 min drive and get it done right.

Unbelievably slow. Sat and waited for 25 minutes while the very elderly worker talked about dogs with another customer. Myself and two other customers were waiting

Don’t waste your time here, go to Village Insurance in Lorette instead. I was in and out in less than five minutes

The same vehicles were in the parking lot when I passed Total again on my way home, after driving to and from Lorette, after waiting 25 minutes in the office
