This is my first time joining a tour bus because I joined my cousin for this trip and it will be my last joining their tours. The tour is so rush that you could not really explore the place and you will be shock for the bill of the tour we got up to almost C$410 for the 3 days and two nights trip. The lunch time will all buffet but the last two buffet that we have is bad because there is not alot of choices and for the last I saw some people who are still sleeping in bus and did not go out to rest but the driver closed the bus and turn off the ac and went to the washroom.

I took this bus tour 2 times! I am happy with their service.. People expect too much, for the price of the hotel and transportation; i think price is pretty good. The tour bus run by schedule some people don't understand that.

I booked the trip at the beginning of October.
Everything was very well organized. The hotels and restaurants were quite good (except the last one). You can see many places in a short time. This also means that you spend a lot of time in the bus and that you do not have much time to walk around. If you want to have an overview of these places this is a good opportunity.
Our tour guide, a lady named Nemo, was very engaged, friendly and supportive.
What I do not like is that no one answered the mail I have sent before the trip.
Nevertheless, it was very interesting, well organized, everything in time, nice and qualified tourguide (thank you Nemo!), so that I would definitely book another tour the next time coming to Canada.

Joined their 3 days trip to Montreal and Quebec City. Overall very good. Visit many location. Tour guide is very helpful. If I would join the tour again, I would definitely choose the 4 star hotel though.

What a horrible service.
They don't answer there calls
They booked for a particular day and confirmed over phone and when you reach no bus going.
You pack and get ready and reach on time, stand in cold and the bus doesn't show up. No one knows if the bus is coming. Plus they don't answer there calls. It's keep ringing. They take your money and don't care.
Worst service ever got.

El problema es que no cumplen con lo uno contrata. Solo tuvimos hotel 5 estrellas la Ășltima noche. Tampoco cumplieron con los asientos VIP.
