Superbe séjour dans cet hôtel bien aménagé et fort confortable.||De l’accueil au petit déjeuner, rien à redire. Le personnel est fort avenant et souriant. La chambre est vaste et équipé d’un micro-ondes, plaque à induction, grille-pain, frigidaire, etc.||Parfait pour un séjour de quelques jours.||Le petit-déjeuner est servi gratuitement, avec nourriture froide et chaude, excellente machine à café expresso.||À retenir!

For the cleanliness of the room, I give a big zero. We called the front desk to make a complaint and someone was supposed to come and do the cleaning again. When we returned to the room, no cleaning had been done. Dust in several places, hair on pillows, blankets and in a few places in the bathroom. There was animal hair and food crumbs on the carpet. There was blood on the bed sheet. The manager was supposed to come and check the room but I don't think anyone came to check. I am someone who rents several hotels a year and have never seen anything like this in the past especially for a MARIOTT. I even went to the reception to change the bed covers.

Pour la propreté de la chambre, je donne un gros zéro. Nous avons téléphoné la reception pour faire une plainte et quelqu'un était supposé venir refaire le nettoyage. À notre retour à la chambre, aucun menage n'avait été fait. Poussière à plusieurs endroits, cheveux sur les oreillers, couvertures et à quelques endroits dans la salle de bain. Il y avait des poils d'animaux et miette de manger sur le tapis. Il y avait du sang sur le drap du lit. Je suis quelqu'un qui loue plusieurs hôtels par année et je n'ai jamais vu quelque chose comme cela dans le passé surtout pour un MARIOTT. J'ai même été à la reception pour changer les couvertures du lit.

Vraiment parfait ! Si je devais trouver des points négatifs je dirais la cafetière Vraiment cheap dans la chambre avec 1 sachet de café pour 2 et le déjeuner vraiment basique probablement du au Covid si non tout est exceptionnel..propreté, équipement pour la cuisine dans la chambre..je recommande fortement !

We live in Stony Creek about 20 minutes away from the TownePlace Suites and decided to do a last minute mini-staycation this weekend. ||The other reviews are correct that the staff is very good and attentive. They took good care of us during our stay and our specific needs. ||The hotel is quite new and modern. We have two early teen daughters and they had a very good time in the pool. It is well maintained and taken care of. The only thing to be aware of is that the pool is very shallow. || Breakfast was quite generous and included fresh fruit, grains and cereals, scrambled egg and omelette, and turkey bacon which was a little different than what we normally get at Marriott brand hotels. The coffee maker at breakfast is really good and serves a variety of different cups including espresso, caffe lattes, and cappuccino. ||During the day they have a different coffee maker which is kind of hidden around the back of the kitchen area and took a little bit to find. In fact I found out it wasn't only me who couldn't find it because someone saw I had a coffee cup in my hand and asked me where I got it. They also have a water jug and flavored water jug in the same area. They also have water dispensers and Ice dispensers as you get off the elevator on each floor. That was something different. The rooms are really nice and modern. They have a lot of room and the kitchenette had all the amenities you would need if you are going to stay a couple of days although we only used a few of the cups that are in the room so didn't take full advantage of this. I also saw a sign that said if you need a blender or a slow cooker they would have those things available at the front desk if you wanted to use them. They also have barbecue utensils if you want to use the barbecue outside. The barbecue area is on the same side as the parking lot which is shared with Shoeless Joe's within walking distance but is sectioned off so you can only access it from within the hotel so even though people can see you it is private access which is nice. I saw that there are two barbecue is there. || As for the parking lot it could be noisy if Shoeless Joe's has people in the lot during the evening since I noticed some people gathering outside but that didn't bother us during their stay. Domino's pizza is within walking distance which was super convenient for us. There are also a lot of other places to go as you drive down Upper James. ||One thing to note is that since the hotel is behind Shoeless Joe's you need to watch out for where to turn into the lot since it is not at a controlled intersection. So be sure to have your GPS on when you're arriving. It's also tricky to turn left out of the parking lot because there are a lot of cars that approach that area trying to get on to the Linc. ||Overall we had a very nice stay and this was one of the nicer Marriotts that I have stayed in, and I have stayed in a lot of Marriott hotels. I wish that hotels that I stayed at further away from home we're just as nice as this one right in my backyard. Thanks for the hospitality and we will likely be back!

The staff here are incredibly friendly and professional, making my stay fully enjoyable. Special shout out to the front desk who had received multiple package for me and provided me with the daily supply and to the Kitchen supervisor, Mr Nie, whose passion for providing excellent service is evident in every meal. He truly cares about guests' service whether it is the taste of coffee or the options for the breakfast . He even introduced new item and checked in for feedback. His dedication to quality service is impressive. The photo is his latest creation

The cleanest hotel I've ever been to. Bed was good, service was good. I avoided the breakfast as other in my group said it was pretty bad. It didn't look so hot. I still am giving it a 5*. If they did a better breakfast I'd send everyone I know there. Heck I may even go back anyway.

The staff was incredible and friendly. Everybody we met was great. The room was spotless and the bed super comfortable. Also a top of the line breakfast for this level of hotel. Also it was quiet so had a great sleep. We didn’t use the pool but it looked great and clean too

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at recently. All staff (from the front desk to breakfast staff) were super friendly and helpful.
Hotel itself was clean and well maintained with great sized rooms.
Really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be back!
