Fantastic hotel! We have been staying here since it opened. The rooms are always very clean, spacious, and well kept. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and a special shout-out to Mabel for her amazing service and effort in helping us get a room last-minute. Housekeeping was also super efficient, we asked for extra towels and they arrived within minutes.

The hot breakfast is always an amazing bonus and offers a good variety. We are already looking forward to coming back next year!

The hotel is located near numerous vineyards and good restaurants. However, it is a bit far from Downtown and other attractions of Kelowna. The rooms were a very good size and include a kitchenette with full size fridge. The room was also very clean but housekeeping "refresh" only occurs every other day. The daily breakfast was adequate but could be improved. Amenities include a pool with a water slide, coin operated self laundry and small fitness room. I had to ask for my elite benefit of bottled water the next day (weird). However, most service staff including front desk were quite friendly and efficient. Parking is also free of charge. Overall, this is a good property and I would stay here again.

Amazing stay – highly recommended!This place was fantastic! Free parking with plenty of space, and the building is new, clean, and very comfortable. The room had a modern TV and even a Bluetooth speaker, which was a nice touch. There’s also a kitchen, so we could cook our own meals – super convenient.Breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the indoor pool. We didn’t try the water slide, but it looked like so much fun – perfect for kids!If I ever visit Kelowna again, I’ll definitely stay here. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very clean and well appointed. The rooms are larger roller than most rooms I stayed in. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were atrocious. They were flat little wafers you needed three of them to make a regular pillow. I was pleasantly surprised with the rest of the hotel. The rooms are quiet, even though there was a hockey tournament staying in the hotel. We never heard the sound.

Great little hotels. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It has lots of fast food place close buy, the include breakfast was very tasty. Very close to a golf course. Parking. The insulation between rooms isn't the best there was people running in the room above us and you can hear everything

The room was spotlessly clean and perfect in every way. The lake view was absolutely beautiful. The complimentary breakfast was quite good, so we made sure to have it every morning. The pool was great for kids, and there was always a lifeguard present when using the slide. The location was also excellent. We’re planning to come back to Kelowna this summer, and we’ll definitely stay here again. I’ll be recommending this place to all my friends!

Nice extended stay hotel in the West Kelowna area. Rooms are larger with kitchenette including cookware and dinnerware. Bed was nice and AC worked great. Breakfast was good, with a small bar that serves food in evenings. As a Marriott Titanium member I had hoped to at least get upgraded to a lake view, but I guess you should not expect that.
