I had always a great shopping experience at Toys”R”Us and today too. Today i visited the store again and i must say that Andrea is a great asset for the business. She is really very helpful and kind. She came forward to help us when she noticed me and my husband are looking for a particular toy. Although the item was not there where we saw last time but she found the item just for us. She made our shopping experience awesome. I would be happy to see her again during my next visit. Thank you so much Andrea for your help.

Toys! Having an HMV shop area is a bonus for the adults while the kids browse. Not always good deals but they carry what the kids want. One way to buy local instead of online! Friendly staff at this location and overall good selection.

I always have a great experience at Toys R Us on Fairway in Kitchener, Ontario. I am honestly surprised the location is still open, it seems like it is the only business other than the fish store that has still remained opened in that plaza.

I have went to this Toys R Us ever since I was a kid. It has been so cool seeing the location change over the years. It has truly been a staple in my childhood and I really hope it stays open for many years to come for all kids to enjoy.

All employees have been nice to me. I haven't had any issues with anybody. I have had some employees even going above and beyond and are interested to know what music I am trying to find.

Products are always in stock and they get new toys in a timely manner. Vinyls and CD's of new albums are on the floor same-day of release or at most a couple of days after.

Toys R Us Is the best place to get vinyls and CD's. They have the best selection, compared to other stores that solely sell physical media. Every couple months I can always expect a sale on vinyls which helps me get my favourite albums at a discount!

There is a washroom in the Babies R Us section of the store towards the middle on the right wall.

I recently visited Toys"R"Us, and I must say their collection of toys and baby products is impressive. The store manager, Rob, was incredibly helpful during my visit. I was looking for a mattress for my toddler bed, and he dedicated a significant amount of time to assist me. Rob patiently showed me a variety of options, ensuring I found the perfect fit for my needs. His knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Toys"R"Us for their excellent selection and the exceptional service provided by store manager Rob.

The customer service lady that we often see is amazing. She's always so kind and informative. The store has been going through a lot of changes lately. It feels like it's never settled. A lot has to do with the whole HMV stock thing as well as the new play structure being put up.

First time at this Toys"R"Us location, and thanks to Patricia... it was just magnificent.

I was looking for a specific item that it was sold out at the Guelph location. I checked online, and the only store with availability of the item was the Kitchener Toys"R"Us.

I called the store, and I was assisted by a female named Patricia. I explained the situation to her, and I told her that I was going to drive there right away.

I arrived at the store, and I went towards the customer service area. I didn’t even ask for the item, and Patricia looked at me and my son, and she had reserved the item for us.

Patricia was super helpful, friendly, and polite. Because of her, our visit at this Toys"R"Us Kitchener location was amazing and awesome.

Kudos for her for showing that she cares and for understanding my situation and how difficult it can be to be a parent.

The store itself was very clean, organized, and well maintained.
