It started with Stan visiting my office,we were using other carriers, You get comfortable and when your so busy it's hard to find time to shop around for better and reliable service. Small businesses are finding it harder and harder to save time and money,transport is very important to this process because they are our last chance to our customers to show we are looking out for them from the time the order is place to the end which is the delivery. He was persistant but not in a bad way, just kept in touch, very professional . I started to send quotes over and the quotes were good for us and most importantly to our customers so slowing I got them to do some deliveries and the professionalism with all staff and drivers was amazing,I truely mean it. I have been in the manufacturing industry for over 30 + years . Transport N Service is top notch in my book. I don't worry about our deliveries any more and my customers are happy and the truck are always clean and drivers always show up with a smile.
This is the most recent experience , the ink still wet on this one. I am going on a 2 day vacation, my customers order was ready earlier than i thought and I wanted to get it on the road before I left for my vacation they really needed it ASAP, so i called TNS for a HOT delivery, this mean my customer needs their order yesterday, a few emails and phone call to Stan and his guys were on top of it and arranging to get it picked up and deliver to my customer ASAP. Thank you to all of you for the amazing, above and beyond service you give us and my customers.

Fellow truck drivers, TNS is an LTL carrier. In ad, it tells, driver's making 100K/year, but in my experience, this calim is far from reality. TNS pay layover after exactly 24 hours, but TNS dispatcher will move your truck before 24 hours to avoid paying the layover. While you are in the USA, you would hardly work 6-7 hours/day, then the dispatcher will shut you down to park the truck for next day pickup. Truck Driver would be waiting at the truck stop/customer location for good 17-18 hours/day while in the USA. The next day, the driver may already be sitting at the pickup location for 17-18 hours. After pickup, the dispatcher will hold you for another 2-3 hours without any work/pickup. Then TNS dispatcher again moves you 100-150 miles or so for next day pickup. Again, the driver would be sitting at the truck stop or customer location for another 18-20 hour. TNS will not pay you any compensation for these long holding periods. In case the driver asks for compensation for keeping him held 2 consecutive days, then his job will be ended. 3rd day may also be the same story before heading back to Canada. During the lucky week, the driver may only have driven hardly 1600-1800 miles. In a lucky month, the driver may drive 6000 to 7000 miles only. So make your choices accordingly before joining TNS. In a nutshell, it is a modern face of slavery in Canada.

I am a driver for transport N service and have been since February 2020.it can be a little nerve wracking coming to a new company but from day 1 I have been made to feel right at home. The support you get from everyone is amazing. The equipment is top notch always in great repair never worry about scales or inspections. I have been driving for better than 25 years and my biggest regret is I didn't start working here sooner. If anyone asks me who they should drive for I would say transport N service a nothing else.

Almost two years ago, I had a life changing dramatic moment. I lost everything except a few boxes along with my car. My previous employer loved my new situation as it meant I would be on road for months at a time. As time went on, I wasn't making any head way on rebuilding my life. I decided to take the advice of a trusted friend and made the best call of my life. When I joined Transport N Service it changed my life and my career for the better. Almost immediately, I started to see the difference. The runs were consistent, the equipment I was driving, was great and most of all – I was respected as a human being and not just some “driver”. Everyone at Transport N Service treated me like I belonged there… like I was a part of their family. From the owner, to dispatch, to the office staff. They all treated me with respect and dignity. Now just little after of three months of being with this awesome company, I now have a “home” to go to. I was able to rent an apartment and things are looking great. My life is moving in the right direction and my future is bright. Thank you everyone at Transport N Service for making this possible.

After a few years off, I decided to get back into trucking. I approached only the best. TNS is just on a level of their own. I knew that and was lucky enough to be able to join the team. Let’s just say that the reputation of greatness doesn’t do it justice. They are top notch. The service and equipment and staff and professional everything is a pleasure to be around. In a business where many do it wrong.... Transport N Service simply does it THE BEST! You can Imagine Real Service and you can get it from Transport N Service!
