Bien géré et profs extras! ..mais plusieurs délais innatendus de derniÚre minute, le cours de 3 semaines s'étire sur 5 ou 6 semaines a cause de maintenance imprévu et/ou bris mécanique.

Hello,

As per my schedule, i was having one week of online zoom classes. After that i was scheduled from
10 February 2025 for practical classes. My first class for observation went well on 10th February.

Next day 11th February was practical class for dz manual truck, In which trainer paul didn’t went for practical on road, thats understandable.

But next day on 13th February i was scheduled for my practical class and trainer Paul made excuse that his Manual truck is out of service and we can only teach automatic. I paid for manual not for automatic.

Day -4 February 14th it was observation class, Paul advised me that , you don’t need to show up for the class.
Day -5 February 15th my class was cancelled because trainer want day off.

Then my next class scheduled for 20th February 2025 , which i receive email that its also cancelled .

Reason for refund-
I don’t know what is wrong with the school, but they changed completely after taking payments.
Unnecessary delay’s there in schedule.
Unprofessional behaviour in service by trainers.
Equipment unavailable for training.

My Instructor Andry Gramman has been extremely helpful throughout my Heavy Equipment training; from answering my questions so that I have a clear understanding of what I'm doing and making sure that I'm doing it safely, to actually going out of his way to make sure I make it on time to the site every single morning. He is and extremely helpful and all around cool guy. 5 stars
