Service médiocre. Employé blazer et incompétent. J'ai appelé la veille d'un férié et me suis fait répondre qu'il étais impossible de m'aidé car tout le monde avait quitté à 12h pour le long congé et que la personne étais laissé seul et n avais pas l'expérience requise. Ne répond pas au e-mail , impossible de parler à un agent de l'aviation civil depuis 2 semaines en essayant tout les options. Aucune réponse au courriels envoyé. Sont rapide pour prélever les frais mais n'offre aucun service . L'argent des contribuables est gaspillé dans cette organisme . Même lorsqu'on utilise le liens pour le processus de plainte on reçoit un avis de courriel non livré car notre adresse courriel ne figure pas sur leur liste de contacts interne .

I went today to ask directly in the office or air transport Canada 🇨🇦 and there is no service at all, everything is online, don't waste your time going there see the pictures and you will find the information you need

did all my ppl cpl and atp written exam here, great people at Transport Canada. This was the location you can walk in for written exams before Covid. After Covid it closed almost two years, could only email or phone call and it takes forever to get a answer. That was really disappointing. I can’t understand how a government agency can just closed its door for two years…submitted my ATP application Feb 1 2022 in person, and I finally got my temporary license on May 20 2022. Almost 5 months of processing time. It was promised to be 40 business days.

Who’s been running this place since Covid ended? The service is absolutely shameful these days. All they are looking to do is collect money, and those new Aviation booklets; wow. Just wow. I am so disappointed 🙁

This marine département of TC is the absolute worst in Canada, was asking for spare discharge papers. Got told that the clerk doesn't want to send them to Calgary that's just her wish, her quote " why would I send them to Calgary?" , and told me to look for marine office in Calgary ( there's none) . I said, I can come in at the office , but was surprised when she said they only work Monday and Tuesday now. Wasted my time for 12 minutes , just procrastinating about that she doesn't know how to help me. Called to Vancouver office , 2 minutes and it was done. And I asked them if they can mail anywhere in Canada , they said it's absolutely no problem. It's done nation wide no matter what office you call. I really don't understand how "public servants " don't wanna serve the public with simple tasks , and still get thier wages. Absolute trash of an office.

About 10:30 around, I drove on Steeles ave E between Midland and Kenndy, all the vechecles are waiting the rail passing, about 10:35, the rail passed, and the road open for vechecls passing. But only about 3 minutes, the railway pass red light began flashing, but the vechecls continued passing, when I followed to pass, the road closed for Go Train passing, I was very scared for that. If some car suddenly power off, the serious event would happen. In my thinking, the railway red light should continue until the Go Train passing. I don't know how the railway manage the safety. I just hope the safety department can mention it. Thanks
