Melissa was unbelievably helpful and organized helping us plan our European trip. We gave her a budget and she stayed within it and didn’t try to up sell us on anything. She was straight forward which we appreciated. Our trip went so smoothly; things we never would have ever thought of were taken care of. She went above and beyond on our return as we had to change a flight, and she worked with us even though it was the middle of the night for her. Our trip was perfect!!! Melissa was exceptional as a Travel Consultant! The way she goes far over and above certainly puts her far over a Travel Agent. From the time of the booking to every minute detail Melissa was on top of all of it making this a relaxing experience which is what I believe a vacation should be. Melissa is my travel agent for life!! We have been booking with Melissa since 2020. The first vacation we booked fell through due to covid. Melissa communicated wonderfully in regards to Sunwing voucher credits. Then, when they offered refund she contacted us and voila! Money in back!

I love working with Travel Chicks because of their product knowledge. Melissa has travelled a ton and worked with a lot of clients over many years, getting feedback on their trips, and has accumulated a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the best hotels to stay in, at destinations across the world.
