Do not recommend, I was supposed to travel just before Covid-19 happened. Then was issued a travel credit since we couldn't go anymore. Pia Hunter is who I was dealing with and after a year and a half I decided to see if I could get a refund instead seeing as I did not know when I would be traveling again. I had closed my old bank account which was the original one I had paid on and let her know that right away. I told her if I cannot have the refund returned on my new account please keep it as a travel credit. Just got word today that my refund was issued but on to my old card at a bank I am not with anymore. When asking why this was done she said she does not control the refund process but I SPECIFICALLY said do not refund my money if it cannot go on my new account.

I contacted Lori Iannizzi to get return on a deposit for a group trip I could no longer participate in. What did she do? Instead of replying to me she went to the group leader told them to handle it and she's to this day still never responded to my request or given any explanation on refund process. Instead I was advised by the group leader there's no refund available. This should have been relayed to me by the Travel Agent who took my money.

This Travel Agent also explained in our initial interaction she would issue me an invoice for the amount deducted from my credit card and once again she did not deliver.

I don't trust this operations and I wouldn't have chosen them to book my travel were it not for the group format of this trip. This specific agent is underhanded and misleading. She had responsibilities to uphold as a Vendor toward the Client and instead she very casually threw regular business proceedings out of the window. She is not a professional and I consider any travel agency employing this type of agent as second rate.

Terrible communicator. I would not recommend this travel agent or agency. Had many issues with flight and hotel. No follow up after properly communicating problems. Agent is friendly, but not detail oriented.
