Lois Barbour booked our recent trip to Sandals Royal Barbados in September to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Our trip was excellent. It was exactly what we were looking for and everything was top notch: property, service, our room, the beach, restaurants and people working there. We also took an island tour with Captain Larry which was excellent as well. I took an opportunity to complete a scuba certification course while there and that was also a great experience. Sandals provides excellent diving opportunities and it is all included in the price we paid for our vacation. We would definitely recommend Sandals Barbados! Lois provided us with excellent information to prepare us for our trip and there was a very useful app that included all of our itinerary and reservations in a single place with an easy, convenient message service if we had any questions at any time.

I am one of many COVID-19 brides, who unfortunately had to postpone their dream honeymoon! I was worried at first with what that meant regarding the deals we secured and how freely we would be able to arrange new travel dates and flights. Lois was perfect- she made us feel at ease and is now helping us plan a one year anniversary trip! She has taken care of everything, from securing new (and even better deals!), securing our flight credit for when we want to book our flight again, and ensuring our honeymoon will now be better than ever. I am certainly the type that loves planning my own vacations and trips- but now that I’ve been able to book so care-free with Lois, I won’t want to go back to doing it without them! A review on Travel Time - TPI (Lois Barbour & team)

Although I wish I could write a review based on a Honeymoon I’d taken (as we decided on our end not to proceed), I would still love to post a review about my experience of working with Lois (& Leah) of Travel Time TPI as they were recommended to me through this group. So often you see reviews on the bad and not often enough do people get rewarded on their customer service. We approached Lois a couple of months ago to get the ball rolling on booking our Honeymoon at which time she was super helpful. We were looking for Sand & Sun and although we are both big fans of Cuba, I was worried about it being Hurricane season so to ease my mind, she suggested Barbados (as this location tends to avoid the adverse weather more so than the more common Carribean destinations) . All of Lois’ responses were extremely prompt throughout the entire time we were in communication. Even during a time when she had to unexpectedly fly out of the country herself for her own family emergency, her team (Leah) stepped in and seamlessly took over communication in her absence. We were able to put our deposit down the day before the promotion ended and our invoice/confirmation was sent promptly thereafter. Fast forward a couple of months and we have decided to cancel our trip to Barbados due to a change in wedding plans and therefore, requested a refund of our deposit. Lois was again extremely prompt to respond and although, we were sad to let such an incredible promotion slip through our fingers, the refund process was also seamless. This is the benefit of booking with a reputable company and done in this way that keeps things totally flexible for customers. Lois sent our cancellation request to Sandals and asked for our refund to be processed the very same day (September 13th). She informed me that day that Sandals gives a timeframe of 1-2 billing cycles (months) for the refund to show back up on my credit card but that it does tend to come earlier than that. I received my refund last week (September 21st). My point in this review is that although we are unable to take our trip to Barbados, superior customer service like this is so important so Thank You Lois and your team at Travel Time - TPI for your incredible customer service!

We loved every little bit of our cruise. We could’ve sat all day on our balcony and enjoyed the open ocean, mountains, clouds, snow, and glaciers. However, we did take advantage of the excursions, and loved all four of them, especially the whale watching. We were privileged to see whales feed breach And wave at us, so to speak. Then there was all the onboard activities and food. Princess cruise definitely don’t want you to go hungry or be bored. We took in one show and did some karaoke. We have never used a travel agent before, and we’re very surprised to learn about the privileges and extras we got through Lois. Thank you very much!
