La chambre est très propre et le petit déjeuner est copieux. Un très grand lit, tv et wifi. Un coin cuisine avec cafetière et micro ondes. Une jolie salle de bain. |Le prix est intéressant|Aucun problème de réservation, arriver tard le soir, nous étions attendus.|Le personnel est très professionnel, il est à 20 minutes de Gravenhurst.

Hôtel type Motel, cad pas en dur et donc peu insonorisé. Ne pas parler trop fort si vous avez des voisins.Clientèle plutôt familiale||Confort spartiate mais suffisant pour ce type d'hébergement. Endroit calme entouré d'arbres, écureuils et autres animaux (biches, moustiques...). L'endroit et le secteur sont au calme et reposant.Piscine extérieure chauffée.le rapport qualité prix est correct ( env 125$CAD).Situé en sortie de ville, mais proche, c'est un point de départ pratique pour aller vers les superbes lacs un peu plus au nord.

La chambre était teintée d'une odeur de moisissure dégoûtante. La Salle de bain avez des fuites d'eau. Je ne voudrais jamais retourner à cet hôtel.

We spent a night there. The staff was nice. We needed extra bedding, they brought it right away. Our tub wasn't draining properly, they came quickly and fixed it. But then we went to bed. All mattresses were very soft and that's ok (if you like that). However, one of the mattresses had a crack in it and it was so difficult to sleep on it. I got neck and back pain from it. I told that to a receptionist who said that she would bring it up with the management and keep me posted for a possibility of compensation. I didn't hear back for a week. When I called she said that they checked it and that there was nothing wrong with the mattress. I have a photo showing otherwise. But on top of that, as I mentioned to the receptionist, I find it very poor customer service that they wouldn't follow up with me.

This was the worst experience, on top of rude and terrible service, We walked in and walked right back out of our room.. stains on sheets, holes in walls, dirty floors/ripped carpets. Pieces of wood with screws dangling from our wall! Absolutely disgusting. The front desk would not let us cancel/refund anything. Or take the hold off credit card. So $200 out for a 30second 'stay' . 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I stayed here for 2 nights as I had a wedding to attend and this was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! They are not clean at all, the bed had some random hair on it, the floors had so much dirt in the carpet that you have to wear shoes/slippers. There is mould growing in the room I stayed in, there was not hot water at all when we complained about it we were told it take 20 minutes to hot water in the tank, it took over and hour and when there was hot want it only lasted for a max of 2 minutes! I would NEVER stay here!

I have always gone out of my way to leave positive reviews - I believe people should be recognized for their services. But, this experience is a game changer for myself and my staff. I have never been treated so disrespectfully on the phone by a motel or hotel customer service desk and I won’t let it go unheard.

I’m a GM of multiple restaurants outside of the area, and I took all my managers away for a concert in the area - the motels location was a 5 minute walk to our shuttle, great for all of us, so I thought. My travel agent (who also was one of my managers) booked all of us a room under her credentials and we were rated $150/night prior to arrival, the crazy part is we all heard the night rate on speaker phone.

Upon arrival (a very long drive) to the motel the lady at the desk didn’t ask for my travel agents credentials, didn’t hand me any receipt and stated to all of us 150/night and gave us a room that wasn't even cleaned from the guest prior. I went in and mentioned the room was filthy, I was told I was wrong. I asked for a different room, then told they didn’t have any other rooms available.

After departure, my credit card was charged over double, my travel agent and I called repeatedly to get a refund and we were yelled at and hung up on multiple times. With that said, let me remind you that we are all professionals and left the room in better standing than upon arrival. Being a professional in customer service my entire life and experiencing fraud, neglect, and filth, I wouldn’t recommend this motel stay to anyone. Avoid at all cost! A night stay that was 150/night turned into 326.57/night. Complete fraud.

Really disappointed in the expectation they set us up with and found out they deceived us! This place said it had a jacuzzi in the bedroom, we called and talked to a guy to clarify as advertisement can be colourful. The representer of the room specifically described it as a big jet jacuzzi in the room and that it was their best suit and even went to the extent that he said he would “go check” to make sure it wasnt a regular tub and when we got here IT WAS a tub you CAN’T even soak in, no jets.. It’s not really the best room and we can expect that from such a place and we were easily able to shake it off because we were flexible but when we tried to make the best of it and still utilize the bath we weren’t’t even able to close the drain to have a bath. |The fact that they lied and deceived us was a huge piss off! Disrespectful business people. Absolutely appalled.
