La chambre était très belle, propre. Par contre le bruit provenant du couloir nous a empêché de dormir. Je ne peux pas dire si c’est quelqu’un qui courait ou un chariot du personnel, mais ce bruit récurent résonnait dans la chambre mal insonorisée et nous réveillait plusieurs fois. C’est dommage car le personnel était super sympathique, et la chambre parfaite.

We stayed one week on the March break here spring vacation and had a great and refreshing relaxing restful staycation. The staff were very polite courteous staff, respectful and kind. Our room was clean and comfortable clean room and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure that we were well cared for. We enjoyed our very decent breakfast ( basic and essential ) with peace and moderate social time. The owners are very responsible people while balancing client relations and was nice to see their care for staff as well.||Thank you so much <3

Cathy was such a gem. Honestly, she made sure my friends and I were safe and protected. She walked us out to our uber rides and was super fun to chat with.
If Cathy is going to be front desk on a night out for me again, I will 100% come back.

Room was impossible to cool down, stayed at 23°c the whole time despite turning on the A/C. Was harassed by bar patrons in the parking lot, and found bugs in the wrapped items at breakfast. Staff said they appreciated me bringint the bugs to their attention but nothing more. Will not return.

It's in an older part of town. 3rd party bank machine is hotel guests only. There is a mixed Asian / western buffet restaurant on site.. It's owned by travellodge franchise so don't expect a 5* experience.

It says share my experience at the Travelodge Edmonton East if there was a minus star it wouldn’t even deserve that. The phone lines didn’t work. I could make phone calls but I could not receive them in my effort to try and make them aware of this issue. There was no answer at the front desk and I went down there only to find the staff sitting down watching TV on her cell phone ignoring the phone not only did they not pick up for me but the phone was ringing when I went down there and she just sat there and watched TV on cell phone I went outside to meet somebody and the staff member went out as well for a cigarette and a junkie came up to me asking for dope not just asking demanding dope from me. I made the staff member aware of it and she turned her back to me, started walking away and waved her hand in ear, ignoring me When I asked the next staff member. If I could speak with management she was just as rude Only for me to find out she was management

It’s a good thing The Wi-Fi is free because it’s non-existent. I don’t know if anybody noticed but in the pictures, there’s not one car in the parking lot and that says a lot. The staff is rude. The prices aren’t what’s quoted. The only good thing about this motel is the food downstairs is excellent but it’s not run by Travelodge or Wyndham worst experience ever worst four days ever rather than coming up to tell me that my phone line turned on I found out when I went down there to meet one of my guests because they weren’t letting anybody up either it’s appalling they call your business I called this a scam. It’s absolutely ridiculous so don’t ever come here worst absolutely worst place ever.

Standard room. Buffet downstairs or else would be 2 stars.

Good location too which is why you get 3 stars.

But customer service is also another let down and also our room had no towels which was accounted for after... But still should be Standard protocol in room cleanliness.
