I've seen it a couple of the places in Port Saint John out of all of them this one
has been the best. The nite desk person was friendly and knowledgeable (Laurie)The rooms are clean the staff is friendly and helpful. Good morning desk person was very friendly even after I slept in.(Tim) accidentally slept in past check out and they were all very nice about it the good people I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone that needs a nice quiet place to sleep and clean linen to do it on.

Clean rooms and decent accessibility room. Staff were very friendly. Nice breakfast (4:30 to 9) with scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, cereals, muffins and fruit, toaster for bread/bagels and hot beverage section. Also had attached restaurant with bar and pool table, liquor store and grocery store right across the street. Did have a bit of a smoker smell even in a non smoking room that gave me a headache. WiFi was decent but had to connect a few times throughout day. Overall, a decent hotel for the price.

No nonsense accommodation when you need to be in Fort Saint John for catching a flight or medical appointment. Great Internet connectivity. Decent breakfast. Clean rooms. Real bathtub. A microwave and a fridge. Lots of power outlets. Comfortable bed. It has everything you need no more no less. Friendly reception. Efficient check in and check out. An awesome restaurant now is open. Truly the best value.

Had a very pleasant stay here, nothing fancy but had everything I needed and wasn’t expecting breakfast in the mornings so that was a very nice surprise.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful!

The room is pretty decent, the location is good the only real negative I could give this place is the ac doesn't work unless maintenance turns it on and its turned on at their discretion.

This place is awful. I can put up with alot but the noise is outrageous. Loud people talking and opening doors in the hallways, loud people out my window. Loud people stomping around the floor above me. Loud people talking from the restaurant. Sounds like people playing pool in the restaurant. I can hear multiple tv sets. All on a late Sunday night. Loud yelling and cheering coming from somewhere. Never come here if you want to sleep.

We recently stayed overnight and encountered an issue with the cleanliness of the bedding. After a smooth check-in process, we discovered multiple small black hairs on the bedding shortly after arriving. We immediately notified the front desk, where the staff was polite and agreed that the bed should have been cleaned more thoroughly. They assured us that they would inform their manager and housekeeping about the situation.||||Although the front desk staff arranged for us to be moved to a new room, we did not mention the issue at check-out. I have stayed at many hotels without encountering such problems, so I was unsure how to handle it at the time. However, I want to express that the state of the bedding was quite unpleasant and has affected our overall impression of the hotel. It is unlikely that we would return under these circumstances.
