Shout out to Harman who was incredibly accomodating to our large group stay over the past month. We had work in the area and our workers were in need of somewhere to sleep. Harman was very flexible with our rooms-- even the last minute adjustments. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be back. Thank you Harman!

While customer service was good, the state of the rooms were not. Bathrooms were not cleaned properly, beds were more than likely just remade and not stripped, carpets felt nasty, dents in the walls and the ac could use a cleaning. Absolute great spot for the hotel but their housekeeping needs to do better. Their “main housekeeper” seemed irritated that I asked for my room to be cleaned properly. Asked me what I needed done after front desk told them. Will never ever stay here again.

Beds are comfy they are plush. The sheets are so nice and the towels are very fluffy. Had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was kinda disappointing as it was just cereal, fruit and bread (didn't look very appealing to me) ||Will be staying here again in the near future for work.

The rooms were absolutely disgusting here. Everything was gross. They claimed to have high standards but that is so far from the truth. Do not stay here!! There was someone else’s toe nails visibly beside my bed! Location was good but not worth the filth! Milk was sour at breakfast. Absolutely not worth the stay.

Customer service was AMAZING for us! The guy at the desk was so helpful.
The rooms not so much, the bed skirts both had vomit on them, the bedspreads were stained, there was dirt and French fries under the bed.
The pillows had a musky smell.
The breakfast was stale bread, fruit and yogurt and cereal.
We paid 119 each room, which in my opinion is double what they should gave been.

Very cooperative helpful and understanding manager and staff. Avoid the rac*ists reviews mates. Paaji bhot helpful ne towards yours genuine reasons and concerns. Very welcoming and professional staff. Rest paaji thanks anyway for going beyond and above for the help. I will prefer to stay again and highly recommend this to the people out their and my known ones if we ever plan to come across Wetaskiwin in future for sure. ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ❤️

Front desk service for check in took a long time. While waiting, someone else said they had the same thing. Easy to see areas in the washroom (light switches) were not clean. Beds were clean and comfortable. No elevator on site and the rooms are not on floor so be aware of that if disabled.

This location hadn’t been what I was expecting. It has more of a motel vibe. I made sure to wear socks/shoes while walking on the carpet in the room, an access panel had been removed from the wall, showing exposed pipes/hoses to the washroom. The chain was broken on the door. No elevator, so pack light. ||||This is not likely a location I’d stay at more than one night. ||||||This will do in a pinch if you need somewhere to rest for a night. Close to restaurants. The location has decent wifi and TV channels. ||||Though the location might be quaint, the staff are phenomenal and readily available to assist in resolving issues. Very friendly and professional. They helped to make the stay a bit better.
