The toddler zone being on the second floor makes it difficult to come with several children as the toddler zone is separated. Not to mention the toddler room is freezing cold, half the toys are broken and they eliminated a ball pit for the big kids.

The “action zone” downstairs is anything but action or fun. It’s basically empty.

I think they should move the cars to the action zone and add a couple more. Then convert the current car zone into a ball pit. Bigger kids enjoy the ball pit as well.

Please clean and do some maintenance to the washrooms. They are gross. I’d love to love this place as the idea is good but it’s over priced for how run down it’s becoming.

We’re new in Canada and looking for a place where we can bring the kids. Heard about this from a friend and it’s amazing. They got all the things you need in one place. They have affordable prices and food!

Play place for a rainy day but needs some serious up-keep. Arcade games are always needing parts or not working. Upstairs play place smells like pee, four out of the five urinals in the boys bathroom don’t work, and Floors are sticky everywhere.
Kids love it and have a blast but always seem to catch a cold afterwards. Bring disinfectant and use often.

My son loves going to treehouse. He always love going to the slides and climbing the top of the Junglegym. One of my kids favorite places in Red Deer.

Birthday party for our 4 year old granddaughter. Everything ran perfect . The pizza they handled was hot the refreshments were cold the room the right size a visit from Paw Patrol great venue everyone was excited and had fun .

The bathrooms need to be properly fixed and cleaned….. it makes you seriously question the cleanliness of everything else including the food. I got really sick after eating there as well recently. The gravy was my guess. Why are the issues not being addressed? If multiple people have been commenting for months? And to have a properly functioning and maintained business? I thought people did inspections to ensure that. So I’m confused. 🤔

Great play place that my boys love coming to year after year! It is clean and well maintained with lots of different areas to keep them entertained. The games don’t always work but the staff are quick to fix or give you your tokens back.
