Great service. Booked my first ever cruise through Tristar. I knew nothing about how cruises work. Glenna got us a great price on Alaska cruise with Holland America. Mailed our luggage tags, boarding pass, etc. Selected our room location for minimal noise & motion, booked a table for us so we had guaranteed table every night, arranged wake up coffee service, advised us on what to expect and things to see/do at each port, etc. If I had booked online myself, I probably would have spent more money, some confusion at check in, eat at the buffet instead of a la carte, not have coffee in bed, etc. I would highly recommend Glenna.

Absoulutely abhorrent service from agent Valerie who works here, would avoid this company at all costs. Valerie is uncomunicative and does not put in effort for her clients. I personally had to send many messages and start calling daily before she managed to get me a refund for a hotel that I didnt stay at, and even then it was less then stated. If you are looking for a travel agent to book you a safe trip and who will help you if any issues arise, look elsewhere. 1/10, highly discourage you to trust this company.

Poor customer service. I realize COVID put a huge road block; but the voucher recieved in lieu of concellation was ridiculous with this agent. Would only let it b used through her ( requested # and paperwork to use myself ) Quotes to use this voucher were exuberant and restrictions ridiculous . Excuses from agent and all her personal issues was exhausting .Booked online for half the price didn't even get call to find out voucher extended . Guess she got commission on the first trip but won't get anymore business from me to make more .
