From start to finish booking a van through Tripps Unlimited was seamless. I booked everything over the phone/ email through Lisa and she made sure this process was very simple. I booked a 10 seater van for a day of wine tours in the Wellington area. I called numerous different spots and Tripps Unlimited was by far the most cost effective option.

The morning of our rental our Driver (Jim) picked us up on time from the house we rented in Wellington. From there we began our day of wine tours within the area. I scheduled it so Jim dropped us off after the tours, we got ready for dinner then we were picked back up and dropped off at dinner. The van was immaculate and very comfortable. Jim was extremely polite and very friendly, he even opens the door for you every time you get in and out of the vehicle. He was quiet and allowed us to have our "girl talk" but also was nice and talkative when we had questions for him.

Would highly recommend. Make sure to request Jim as your driver!

We rented a small bus for wine touring in the county and everything was perfect, our driver was extremely friendly and accommodating, picked us up right on time and was helpful in packing and carrying our purchases along the way. I called around and Tripps provided great value for our group. Would highly recommend. Very clean and comfortable as well.

limousine service was excellent .Chauffeur was great.. Dealing with the office was horrid. They finally admitted to misplacing our invoice and finding it months later, forgetting to charge our credit card which was on file with them. But first they attempted to shift blame and accuse us of not answering their continual e-mails to us, and phone messages for payment. All of which was totally fabricated by them. They finally sent a letter of apology for their false accusations.

I'd like to echo a similar no show experience with Tripps Unlimited. We made reservations for multiple wine tours and the driver never showed up. I find that extremely unprofessional as we were at PEC for just the weekend and ended up not going to any wine tours that day because there was no other shuttle vans that we could book last minute.

While their prices were good the woman you may deal with is not.
I called about my wedding and she was stone cold, giving me one word answering and when i misunderstood just continued to repeat herself. Not even a "have a nice day".
Just rude.

Our group waited 30 minutes for our driver and tried to call multiple times. When we finally got a response, we were told that they made a mistake and booked us for the wrong day, despite several emails being traded in the days prior. Extremely disappointing.
