For me, this is the most efficient and organized ferry terminal. Getting here is easy, follow perimeter road all the way west. There are clear signs to get you to your proper departure lane. The ticket staff are always so friendly first thing in the morning. Service is quick and painless.
There are washrooms and vending machines if you need them before the Quay opens at 6am. There are a lot of little shops but I appreciate the 2 coffee shops lol... Will definitely keep using this location.

Fast, efficient, and clean ferry terminal. We were able to book our tickets at the terminal but in future I would make the reservation as the ferries get full very quickly, especially on weekends. There is beautiful scenery to checkout in every direction. The prices are unfortunately extremely high; however, travelling on the ferry very was an enjoyable experience. Be prepared for the wind on the ferry deck.

Since this is essentially the only route for reaching Victoria by car, my basis for reviewing might be somewhat limited. Nonetheless, focusing on the positive aspects of the BC ferry experience, departing from the Tsawwassen terminal, I can attest to its efficiency in embarkation. The staff's assistance was both courteous and accommodating. The terminal offered ample diversions while awaiting for the ferry—ranging from enjoying a cup of coffee, perusing the stores, to simply gazing out at the vast ocean.
In terms of an overall assessment, I'd confidently rate the Tsawwassen terminal experience as a strong 8 out of 10. While there could be some room for enhancements, these minor aspects are hardly deterrents to my future visits.
Moving on to the subsequent segment of my review, I'll focus solely on the onboard experience. Once aboard, we parked our vehicles and were kindly instructed to disembark and proceed to the deck area. The vessel itself offered a multitude of engaging activities including a gift shop, a restaurant, and an upper deck—providing panoramic views of the surrounding waters. Opting for a more immersive encounter, we decided to meander and fully explore the amenities available.
Upon reaching our destination, it's worth noting the commendable communication extended to passengers, granting ample time to return to our vehicles without a sense of haste. This considerate approach was certainly appreciated and contributed to the overall favorable impression of the journey.

A well designed and efficient ferry terminal. Our ferry was on time and boarding the vessel was painless. There is a Quay/Market that has a wide variety of stores and restaurants to choose from.
