Love this place! The units have an apt. layout which makes longterm stays very comfortable and convenient. The caretaker, Dan, is amazing! Whenever you have a question, request or concern, he responds immediately. He genuinely cares about your comfort level. The cleaning staff are wonderful and do their best to keep everything super clean. We always have a fantastic stay!

Honestly it was great to stay in for work. Located right downtown by all the store. Room was kept clean always every 2-3 days. If I needed anything at any time I just asked and it was brought the next day. Basic furnished hotel room with stove top , microwave, coffee pot and toaster oven. Worked for me for staying there for a month for work great. Owner very responsive and helpful.

Pleasantly surprised. We have strayed here a couple times now and one room was way better than the other, luck of the draw. The rooms are well laid out and have lots of space for a fair price. If your the last to book on a long weekend you are going to get the room with worn out or broken amenities. Loved the first room liked the second...

This place is awesome. For a very fair rate, I was expecting a run down hotel room. Instead, I got a 2 bedroom apartment with a king size bed and a kitchen that was fairly beautiful. I mean, the bathroom was gorgeous compared to other places. The new(ish) owners have really turned the place around. I commend them for what they did here for the Tumbler Ridge community. Centrally located, clean, great customer service, I highly recommend.

Arrived at 7pm and had to wait a bit to check in since the only staff person was busy, but he was friendly and moved us to the 3rd floor when I asked. They have an elevator and luggage cart, which helped a lot. The room was essentially a 2-bedroom apartment with a small kitchen. We appreciated the extra space since we stayed three nights. Easy walk to downtown. We got takeout from the Kinuseo Cafe at the Tumbler Ridge Inn on two nights; the food was good.

The rooms were spotless! Very nice, very clean rooms! Really comfortable accommodations. The manager was friendly and very helpful. Kitchenette was well equipped. I would readily recommend to friends and family. The hotel was also very quiet. I would happily stay there again!

Good price and HUGE. Full table with four chairs, couch, tv, two bedrooms, big bathroom. Basically the size of an apartment which was a welcome surprise. Definitely not spotless on the floors and we left some of the dishes cleaner than we found them.

We stayed at the Tumbler Ridge Hotel and Suites in December 2017 for 4 days. It was a fabulous stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner and the grocery store was just down the street. The bathroom was clean and updated. The staff was friendly. I would defintely recommend this hotel.
