Good morning:
I've been looking to buy a new SUV and have looked in several dealerships, I sent a message on your web page about a COMPASS and asked for a test drive. KB answered my message, I asked for an appointment on Saturday at noon, and he answered me back and let me know he only had one Jeep Altitude left and asked me if I was available on Friday May 30,2025 (he did not care about the date and time I wanted) So I reviewed my schedule and agree to Friday at 4:00 pm, He answers me back and say How about 3:30 pm with a happy face ( again he do not care about my needs), I answer back and let him know that I work and I could not be there at that time, (this conversation is all by text message), he did not take the time to call me and talk to me, person to person, (again he did not care about customer service). We finished the message and set the appointment for 4:00 pm, after that he send me a new message asking me for a picture of my Driver Licence, I did not feel comfortable sending personal information to a person that only contacts me by message and I asked him if this was a requirement of your agency, as not one of the other dealerships asked me for this before, (Ford , Rock Country). He said, “No worries You can show your driver's license when you arrive for the test drive”. (He did not answer my question).
When I arrived at the dealership, he was waiting for me at the front desk KB took me to his office like he was in a rush and needed to be somewhere else. He did not invite me to sit or ask about my day or anything to make me feel comfortable and welcome. He asked me for my driver's licence and said class 5. I felt unwelcome. His attitude toward me was misogynistic, and when I asked if I could drive by myself his answer was NO. He made me feel like “how dared I ask to drive by myself”. I was mad at this moment after all this treatment like you are a woman and not worth my time and then I let him know that I did not want to drive and left.
Just let KB know that is important to make your clients feel like they matter.
I will send this message as a letter to corporate Jeep by mail.

I should have posted my review a while ago, however I was waiting for the GM to contact me with info I requested. I still have not received the info or answers requested. If I could give a minus review, the experience, customer service and workmanship would warrant one. The dealership ordered an engine for my dad’s truck without his authorization and then said he had to buy it because it was already ordered. Read over your repair orders carefully as parts that were charged out, were not replaced. In this case: engine was to be replaced, noted as replacement engine on the repair order but parts for long block were charged out. This repair was 15,000
fast forward a year and a half later the engine needed to be replaced again. Service dept stated that the engine manufacturer would only pay so much for warranty labour. Second repair was another $3500. A/c comp was not working after second engine install
the service dept quoted $4200 for a/c comp replacement. Temper hit the roof 
email was sent to service manager and general manager for questions from reading over the repair orders. GM called after two weeks and said he would get back to me with answers I had requested. Several emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. I am speaking on behalf of my dad as I have several years experience in a dealership setting.
