I just recently returned from a UCruising tour which was a packaged deal including bus transportation, hotel, and 7 nights on Symphony of the Seas to the Caribbean. Everything was well organized from initial booking to the actual trip. I booked with Michelle Chan. The tour guide was Fi Ng (from Vancouver) and she was great at explaining things clearly and leading the group with a friendly personality. We also stopped at Outlet Malls on the way there and back, which was great for shopping. We stayed at a Delta hotel which exceeded my expectations for a tour package.

If I ever cruise again, I'll look to UCruising for deals and hope to see Fi again.

Multiple customers who used their credit cards with this travel agency started to notice their cards being stolen.

Do not book with this horrible company that has agents such as Raymond that lie. My parents and many of their friends booked a cruise through this cruise line way in advance and the prices dropped significantly. Two different cruise line reps called at seperate times made it very clear that the travel agency is required to help their customers with getting back credit or money back if the price of the cruise drops before the date of the cruise departs. This is a standard for majority of cruise lines but these sort of travel agency companies don't make it clear.

We have requested a few times for them to do so and the travel agent Raymond has refused claiming they can't do such a thing and lying that the cruise line doesn't allow such a thing when it is very clear in the terms for the cruise line that this is an option for all travellers. A fellow friend who booked with another travel company asked the same thing and the company was able to get back credit over $600 for them with the cruise line within a few weeks.

Update: the travel agent said that the price difference is not as much as it was now compared to when we i initiated this conversation and the most he can do is get credit for for much less ($400) but if we do this he will charge us additional $800 to adjust the fees for the pre and post boarding because it was booked as a package. I would suggest to anyone reading this to just book your trip directly with cruise lines as they stated to me this is the best way to make changes and avoid issues like this and find your own hotels and flights.

Worst Service. They don't care about the customer service, they only care selling more tickets. When I called to inquire about transferring my tickets to credits or change to later days. I was informed that it was not possible due to the cruise company's policy.

However, when I contacted Royal Caribbean directly, I was informed that I could receive an exception to their policy if I provided a doctor's note confirming my situation. I was not given accurate and complete information regarding my options of changing my tickets, which has caused me a great deal of inconvenience, stress and financial loss. As a travel agency, it is your responsibility to ensure that your customers are informed of all available options and provided with the best possible service.

I purchased cruise twice for both of my Europe trips. Ucurising staff was very helpful in booking cruises as well as securing flight. The cruise price is also very competitive in particular when it combines with shore excursions for those who doesn’t want to shop for places to go when arriving at a port of call. I’ll continue to use it for my next cruise.

Horrible service from Raymond Yuen of Ucruising. Had a cruise booked and made two major errors, he made the booking under a completely different name for whatever reason which made trying to check into the cruise a nightmare. Then he told the cruise company that we needed an airport transfer and caused a balance owing which also prevented use of the app. Be wary with your money with this company and their agents.

Worked with a horrible agent. Party of 8 + two kids.

Horrible customer service due to the following:
- Agent got the last name of one of the party wrong and blamed it on us and tried to push the cost of changing the flight name onto me. (Went to manager who finally ate the cost after proof was presented that it was agent's fault)

- Mixed up two kids and assigned them to different couples for flights (both departing and return) so had trouble checking in at the airport

- Split up group and assigned different tables for early dining - at different ends of the dining room (4 and 6)

- Split up group and had us on different decks; Lowest deck rooms as well

Never going back to ucruising again for cruises.
