I have been booking my family's cruising vacations with Ucruising for over 2 years+. I started dealing with Lawrence Koo from Toronto and now mainly with Kennan Xu. Both of them are very attentive and prompt in replying my voicemails or emails. Keenan is especially prompt in replying my inquires and have answered all my questions in a professional manner. He also shares his experience and knowledge with me. I have booked over 10 cruises with Ucruising and have been very happy with their services. I will continue to use them as my travel agents based on their Top Notch service. Thank you Kennan & Lawrence for your A1 services. I will highly recommend my friends to use them as your cruising agent vs. booking with the cruise line directly.

Agents are highly unresponsive, once you’ve booked with them you’re basically on your own. Any email or voicemail left are ignored or redirected to another agent who happens to be out of office. Definitely recommend just booking things on your own rather than booking with them since once you book with them you’re left to scramble for info and additional booking details.

They get your commission then it’s hasta la vista. Good luck 🤞🏻

Glad one agent respond and acknowledged my concerns and the dismissed emails (note I sent 3 emails and only 1 of them received rejected email response from 1 agent but I sent it to 3 different contacts and still didn’t get a response).

Did more research on them a noted 5 complaints on Better Business Bureau, FYI
