Our group had a fantastic day with Jason on Upper End Wine Tours. He’s energetic and friendly, and always ready with a quick photo or video to help us capture the moment. Letting us curate our own playlist made the ride feel personalized, and Jason kept the vibes high without ever feeling forced. Everything ran smoothly—from pick-up to drop-off—and we left with great memories (and a few new favorite wines). Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, relaxed tour in Kelowna!

Booked with Upper End online a couple of weeks before we arrived, called the company the morning of to confirm and Jason was great! He had an suv pick us up right on time! Our driver Susan was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, talkative and so down to earth! She made sure we had the best experience on every winery and took pictures of us the whole time. We even finished earlier than expected and she took us to another TWO wineries that were not even part of the tour. Thank you Susan for your great customer service and Upper End Wine tours for making my boyfriend and I feel like royalty for the day!!

We had an awesome day with Upper End Wine Tours and would definitely book again. Jason was very accommodating to our group and our driver Steve was wonderful. Super friendly, snapped a bunch of pics for us without asking and very easy going. 100% recommend - we will definitely be back!

Had the BEST experience with Upper End Wine Tours! Our driver Steven was amazing and really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. He let us bump our music the whole trip and even offered to make a stop if we needed on our way back to our air bnb. We unexpectedly had to book a wine tour with only 6 days to our trip, on a long weekend, and they were super accommodating and able to get us the 2 wineries that we requested. The owner Jason met us at the last winery, introduced himself and checked in how our tour was going. He even got us a complimentary bottle of wine for our lunch. I would 100% book with upper end tours again! I didn’t look at reviews before hand but was not surprised at all the see all the 5 star rating. Truly impressed.

Just finished an AMAZING wine tour with Upper End tours, Jason was our driver. I can't even begin to describe how accommodating and friendly Jason was along the whole tour. He took awesome pictures for us, was very knowledgable about the wineries and made us feel very from winery to winery. Music selection in the vehicle was pretty awesome, and the included charcuterie board he thrown for us was a delicious treat and an amazing pairing with our wine of choice! Over all we all had an amazing experience, and i have absolutely no negative feed back what so ever. Thank you again Upper End Tours, we will be booking with you again very soon!

Had a great time on our Lake Country tour, Jason was super helpful and completely catered to our needs. His selection of wineries was perfect for our first wine tour, and gave us a little taste of the area. We couldn't have asked for a better tour guide; Jason was very friendly and personable, and ensured we were always comfortable. Would recommend!!
