Endroit bien entretenu.
Le personnel est courtois, soucieux et disponible en grand nombre.

En fin de journée, mon enfant a pleurer après avoir fait une petite chute et les employés nous ont toute suite offert de la glace et se sont assurer que toute allait bien.

Plusieurs activités sont diponible pour tous les âges. Mes deux enfants ont adorée leur journée ! Merci ^_^

Kids love this place. I love this place. This is the best trampoline park my kids and I have ever been to, by far.

Has like everything you could want to do as a kid. Roxl climbing. Dodge ball, jousying bar. Trampolines, multiple obstacle courses including an above ground one.

This place is epic. Cost is worth it. Food is priced to afford and very good. Staff is friendly and it's clean.

It's a fun place. Loads of birthday parties occur here. The food is god awful hahaha but it's a fun place to spend a few hours with the kids.

We visited here yesterday for our first time ever it was a very awesome experience. My little ones were so excited and all over the place we will definitely travel again for another visit! All the staff members were outstanding you never once seen staff without smiles and kind words to people around them it was so beautiful to see. A big one for me was when my little guy got scared after being harnessed for the sky rider we had 2 beautifully heart individuals named Amy and Christian who talked my son through it, held his hand, spoke so kindly and even cheered him on through the entire experience so much so that my son was so excited he wanted to go again! I couldn’t be more grateful seeing my son be so proud and have so much support just for a ride! Wow! Well done! This makes experiences so magical for families we felt so fortunate to be surrounded by people just as excited to have us there as we were to be there. I 100% recommend and will be returning.

Overall this place is nice, however the area where kids swing those cylindrical things at each other to knock the other kid off should have more padding on the edges as I recently hurt my head on the edge of the pit. It produced a thud my cousin heard from accident the building, it’s fortunate that I am not a small child, but if it happens to a small child the injuries would be more severe. Overall if you are a parent I don’t suggest not taking your kid, just keep an eye on your kiddos. The impact was unusually hard but still.

We gave our daughters a gift certificate to go to Urban Air for Christmas. We had to drive over 1.5 hours to get there. The website advertises play all day. Our kids were given a pink wrist bands when they entered. They played for about 1 hour and 15 mins before stopping for lunch. We purchased a pizza from the Urban Air concession to split. It was a very busy day. As they went to go back into the park they announced everyone with a pink wrist band had to leave as they were at capacity. We tried to explain to the front desk that we had been waiting in line for food, then waiting for our pizza to be cooked and then they took the time to eat, so had only gotten to play for just over an hour. They told us nothing could be done as they were at capacity-the only way we could play longer was to purchase another wristband. We will not be back.
