There is no excuse for the weak hulls of the SeaDoos. it's 2024 and there is enough technology to make strong Hulls. This is the one area that Kawasaki has you beat at! What good is it to have one of your skis if they sink due to weak hulls that crack. FIX THIS!! Shame on you.

Since my post, we now settled and my boat is back on the water. Thank you BRP for getting these parts expedited to my dealer. ........>>>>>>> Purchased an Evinrude(BRP) in 2018... The engine has less than 100 hours on it... Has more hours at dealer being repaired than on the water. Last problem happened on July 2022. Still waiting on parts... Engine has a 10-year warranty. This warranty isn't worth the paper its written on... So far "customer service" can only give me a possible ship date until the next time they change it. I now own a $25,000 piece of junk! Service centres ( those that are still around) are all saying I would be very lucky to get this part by July 2024 if at all!
1 star for BRP is too much!
Very sad that BRP destroyed the name of Evinrude.
I will never purchase another product associated to BRP.
I want to share my experience with everyone and all my fellow North American bass tournament competitors. Be aware!

Caveat emptor - Let the buyer beware.
If you are searching for a quality motor, coupled with strong after-sales support, you have come to the wrong place.
After-sales support is supposed to ensure that a customer gets as much use and value as possible out of their purchase, including support regarding warranty service.
Not at BRP.
They care nothing for brand loyalty, repeat sales, or positive word of mouth.
They care about the initial sale, and that is it. Their motto is the 30-30 after-sales guarantee - 30 seconds after the payment goes through, and 30 feet from the door.
If you encounter an issue, need a part or repair, you will be left utterly dismissed for months at a time, left high and dry.
How devastatingly and shockingly sad for people who put their trust in BRP and made the mistake of investing in their product and in them.

IF YOU LOOKING TO PURCHASE A RYKER YOU BETTER RECONSIDER IT BEING A BRP!!! I PURCHASED A RYKER IN MARCH 2024 I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK IN APRIL DUE TO GAVING METAL SHAVINGS IN THE OIL. BRP HAS DONE NOTHING FOR ME!! I WAS TOLD BY A SUPERVISOR CHRIS I EOULD BE REIMBURSED FOR EVERY PAYMENT I PAID WHILE THE BIKE WAS GONE. SUPERVISOR CHURCHILL IS OFFERING SOMETHING THAT THE DEALER ALREADY PROVIDED DUE TO MY INCONVENIENCE. I CALLED BRO TODAY WAS TOLD CHURCHILL CALLED ME WHICH WAS A LIE FIRST CALL WAS 10am I WAD TOLD CHURCHILL WAS ON ANOTHER CALL AND WOULD GIVE ME A CALL BACK 3 HRS LATER U CALL BACK AND CHURCHILL IS STILL OK ANOTHER CALL!! I WOULDN’T REFER MY WORST ENEMY TO PURCHASE A BRP RYKER!!! BEWARE THEIR MANUFACTURING GARBAGE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE SAME!! Please for the love of God, dont go cheap on recalled brake pads that put me in a bad safety situation, short lived bushings and do better on your engineering to take the plastic body panels off without damaging any clips to just do an oil change. I love the power of the Rotax, but to fix cheap parts you as a company agreed to put on this ATV every other ride gets annoying enough to switch to Honda.

Be better on quality and easier to work on
