Nous avions réservé 2 jours à Golden un peu par hasard, pour être près du Lake Louise et de Banff sans les tarifs exorbitants. Nous avons découvert un endroit merveilleux, des hôtes hors du commun, soucieux des moindres détails. Un coin de pays avec des paysages splendides, une nature généreuse. Nous avons tellement apprécié notre séjour que nous avons décidé de rester une journée supplémentaire. C'est un endroit à mettre sur son itinéraire pour tout voyage dans l'ouest et le Vagabond Lodge est un excellent choix de gîte; paisible, confortable et en prime avec d'excellents petits déjeuners. ||||N Provost

If you are headed up for a stay at Kicking Horse Resort then this is the place to stay. Such a lovely experience in this beautiful B&B. Feels more like a luxury lodge! Beautiful rooms and views, lovely cozy common areas to relax, pool table to enjoy some games, delicious breakfasts! Kim was an amazing host so happy to help us with anything we needed, and all staff were so very friendly! Will definitely stay here again! This was a visit in September!

We chose this place for a family birthday reunion, and we're not disappointed on any level. This lodge is fantastic. Kim was a tireless and congenial hostess (and she does great eggs). The superb rooms have great beds with extra-special linens, fine bathrooms, and a high standard of cleanliness. The place has diverse communal seating areas to suit any group, and extras such as a billiards table and hot tub for long evenings. Breakfast was fresh, fantastic, and with good variety, so everyone enjoyed it. The location in the Kicking Horse rec area is super for skiing, but in the summer also great for the Golden region's superb outdoors experience.
I can see why so many people come back to this place year after year.

Such an incredible lodge, just beautiful ❤️ The daily breakfast was so delicious with homemade scones and waffles, fresh fruit and granola. Kim went above and beyond to make sure our early golfers had a breakfast to take with them. It’s the little things that really touch you. The view from this lodge is breathtaking. The lodge had very comfy beds and beautiful locally produced toiletries to use. This really is a great place to stay with an amazing hostess, can’t wait to go there again ❤️

Our family stayed here for part of our summer vacation. This place is wonderful! It’s like being at home. Kim treats everyone like family and is a wonderful resources. The beds are so comfortable and the place is a quiet respite with stunning views! I highly recommend, especially for those tired of hotels and crowded travel. And the breakfast scones and tenon are the best!!!

A very spacious B&B in a calm and quiet neighborhood, where wildlife is abundant.|Very spacious rooms, a well-prepared breakfast buffet. The owners are very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of opportunities for activities (reading, board games, etc.).|It is 14 km from the town, so a car is essential, especially if you want to go into town for dinner in the evening.
