PLEASE DO NOT GET INSURANCE HERE!! I want to give Valley First 5 stars as I used to deal with them for years and found everyone pleasant. HOWEVER they deal with FAMILY INSURANCE SOLUTIONS, a company that really needs to be taken to court for FRAUD!! And as long as Valley First endorses such a ROTTEN company, I have little or no faith in them as well. At present, it is not me who is with Valley First, but my parents LeVern and Laura May Bowles, who were RIPPED off by FAMILY INSURANCE SOLUTIONS when their car was broke into while in Regina SK. FAMILY INSURANCE SOLUTIONS 1. said there were no certified shops in Regina to fix the car. I asked where to take it and they said Chrysler Dodge Jeep, therefore under law they are taking responsibility for the repairs. 2. They did NOT pay Chrysler for several months! It wasn't until there was further trouble with the work when they actually decided to pay. 3. They did not pay the full amount!! 4. They told us that it wasn't their responsibility any further and gave a bogus list of reason like that it wasn't a certified shop and Chyrsler's are known to have problems any ways. Please take heed as we tried many ways to resolve this and it boils down to Family Insurance Solutions is a bad company. Just check their other reviews to get the full blown picture of what this company is about!

Alicia is cold and unhelpful. Made a senior lady i took in feel like she was bothering Alicia. When the senior expressed she was having difficulty see the form she needed to fill out. Alicia refused to help my senior friend. Insisting she would use the time the senior would spend struggling with the form to finish up some of her other paper work. No eye contact , No Smile. I myself will never go back. My friend will, only because that been her place for 15+ years.
