Room was clean and comfy. Its obvious they rent some upper suites Monthly because above our room a child or children were running around constantly. We were in room 115. WiFi was Super slow and disconnecting on a regular basis. Manager was friendly, maid service on request at the office. Ground floor suites, people walking by always wanted to peer in room so blinds had to be closed at all times, our stay was 2 nights and we moved to another motel for the remainder of our 4 night stay in Nanaimo.

Very happy with the stay here, room was clean, quiet no bedbugs like in previous reviews, staff are amazing here, only thing I would suggest to the manager blackout curtains and maybe a fan to circulate the air conditioner because it's small so the air doesn't get all around the room, other than that Great place and will be staying here again

We have really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are all very friendly and always willing to drop what their doing to help us. They really go the extra mile. I'm being serious about this, and I am hoping to get a bit of a bonus stay here for my rave review aswell.

The room was renovated, nice and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The best part was that they accepted cash as we don’t own credit cards . It was the last minute trip, we wasn’t prepared, but we stayed for 2 nights. Thank you so much! It was lovely! 🥇🌟😊

Sketchy area, and some guests. Clean rooms. Great views from the front rooms. Sunrise every morning is beautiful.

When I booked the lady was amazing.
When we checked in we got to the room and the beds were clean and comfy. The room was quite cold but warmed up fast. Best part no carpets! 👌🏼 Downfall… we had someone swearing screaming and yelling next to us from 5am till checkout. Woke my kids up. 😞👎🏼 when we tried to call front desk nobody was in the office till 9:30 am 😂 also we needed some help from the clerk and she wasn’t very prompt, and she even left and clocked out to go home without getting us some toiletry 👎🏼
You need more towels in the rooms. More soap. Some Kleenex . A deadbolt on the doors is needed. Maybe have someone at work by 7 am daily too because now I have to complain about the crazy guy next to our room on here. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Clean basic motel. Folks at the front desk are very nice and accommodating. Was recently renovated but nothing fancy. Great place to stay if you just need an affordable night to rest in your travels.

Very impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The bed and furniture were all comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well. A part of the shower door slipped out and the repairman came within an hour on his day off to fix it for us. Definitely recommend staying here.
