Spectacular property. Clean and quiet.

The owners are very courteous and polite people running a pretty complicated business.

I found absolutely nothing to complain about and will certainly stay here again.

The WORST place ever.
The owner’s wife was so rude to me.
She was disrespectful and very unkind.
Plus, there was only one towel to use and no hair dryer. I hated so much.
The owner was also very brutal.
I don’t think they know how to own a business. They deserve a 0/5.

I admitted that I was not aware of policy saying no visiter is allowed until I booked this room, Nonetheless, the way she talks and her attitude itself toward guest were really inapproprite and rude.
She literally didn't care what guest says and kept saying what she wants to talk. Fairly disappointed about this host and their attitude especially.
I had booked for 5 days, but I left this house right after staying 1 night without any refund.
Better not book this house unless we wants to get in trouble with them.

Absolutely horrible would 3not recommend from the very first day Kim was absolutely controlling went to come in what time to leave what to eat what to sleep everything he runs in like a jail not to mention the room listed it was not the room that I was given it was switched out on me twice he treats it as if you're doing him a favor there is absolutely no comfort constantly feel like walking on eggshells especially since there is signage regarding everything from the use of cologne which is not allowed to the 10-minute showers they say they have laundry they do not you have to go to the laundromat would not recommend do not stay here. Absolutely the worst people on the Earth would not recommend

Worst experience ever ,the owner is so controlling and greedy . Too much to write about how bad this experience was .

He makes you feel like he is doing you a favor. And you are not allowed to use anything,the room was cold and when I asked to increase the temperature from 17 degree to 20 he kept going about this is the right temperature and he had all thermostats in locked boxes so no one can play with it ,managed to increase the temperature using my glasses anyway. No soap no towels,bed sheets were washed but only one pillow that is flat . Horrible experience overall I would pay the extra 50 $ to get a proper room in a hotel. Honestly not worth it.
more to say but that is enough. My advice to everyone is not to go there.

Edit: It is extremely unfortunate that others do not share the same experience as the two of us did. We really did have a very nice stay at the guest house. It looks like we will not be returning here after the negative reviews.

What a great place for me and my daughter to stay for two nights. Exceptionally clean and Marina, the owner was very hospitable. Do go if it's just two of you. It's not a place for couples to go crazy but is more of a quiet, relaxing beautiful home that Marina shares. We had a queen size bed with our own bath. It was perfect for our first trip to BC. Thank you Marina. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. Our host recommended a sushi place (California Sushi) for dinner and it was terrific as well. We easily were able to navigate from here to the touristy things we wanted to do in Vancouver. Thank you again. We hope to return soon!

My daughter and I stayed here a few days last week. I've always appreciated being asked to take my shoes off at the front door. Marina was a lovely host and how nice of her to share some rooms in her home. It was perfect for us. The room was a good size with a comfy love seat and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom in our room was very nice too. You will not find a cleaner place to stay. I will say it would not be a good place for a couple but it would be best for a small family of two or a single person. You will get your own key to your room and are free to come and go as you like. It's in a very nice part of town and the home itself is gorgeous. Highly recommend and I would love to return.
