We booked a cruise through them (hopping onto a friend's already booked travel itinerary). We would have like earlier and more face to face time with our travel agent, brochures or maps to where we were going, better/different options for hotels. We were first time travellers and needed a bit more information. I think we will try a different agency next time.

Called to inquire about cuba a few weeks ago, spoke to a woman not sure who, told me they didn't recommend cuba and wouldn't book unless we knew exactly where to go. Didn't offer any advice or other locations to travel. Ended up booking Mexico myself online, lost business on their part. Would have loved to hear other recommendations from them as I told them I was thinking Cuba because of the low price.

Grace and staff always go above and beyond,recently we had an unexpected change in our cruise itinerary due to a hurricane that affected our air travel home.One text is all it took for the situation to be fixed and we continued to enjoy the rest of our trip! Teamwork at its best!!
