This is my second time to go through Canada Drives and I was lucky to have Corey Firth be my rep! I went at him with a very specific guideline that I needed and what type of truck I was looking for.
He went above and beyond to meet my expectations and exceed them. I have SUPER high standards on customer service and communication and Corey was clear, honest and transparent through the whole process. I never once felt pressured to settle for less than what I wanted and in sales I have the utmost respect for that! He also just spoke to me as a person, no industry jargon so that I understood thoroughly before making a decision! I would love to share my experience, I called and spoke to Mike the general manager and he was exceptional to work with. I never felt the sales pressure at all. I called and inquired about a specific dodge ram truck custom fit with accessories. He went above and beyond. He was able to show me pictures and knew exactly what I was looking for and this was all over the phone with one call. I have bought a few vehicles over the past 15 years and I would have to say he was one of the most honest I have come across. Huge Thanks to Alan ( parts & service) who basically saved our entire family vacation!! Our van broke down on our way to Edmonton, and they were able to get the part and have us fixed up and on our way in no time. Such friendly welcoming staff , who were able to make us smile even in this scary situation and I Can't thank them enough!!

Extremely unprofessional management here in Edmonton by ROB and Emilio. And to be quite honest a certain level as well from the manager at this location Mike. They can’t just wash their hands when there is enough evidence of the lack of professionalism as treating customers and lack of giving proper documentation. As we speak right we don’t have any copies of any of the 3 contracts we have with them and to the banks that we got approved all 3 shown vermilion Chrysler on it. So no washing your hands and not hearing out concerns is not the way to treat customers and fixing any mistakes done by this location.

Worst experience ever with Vermilion Chrysler… they had my vehicle for 5 months and still didn’t fix the issues. Get told its driving fine and no codes but will still need a part fixed when the part finally does arrive (months later) to drive down the road and have the check engine light come back on. Now i’m cancelling a trip i’ve had planned for 6 months because i don’t have my vehicle… again…Brought it to another dealership because it’s not worth the hassle and run around of dealing with this Vermilion team. Will never give them business again.

After 5 months. I don’t care about your insurance, or the difficulty of navigating parts on a warranty claim. I gave over a months notice that i needed a vehicle for this trip and it took me calling enterprise after your service manager called and said they couldn’t find anything, for me to find a vehicle for you… for reference it took me 1 phone call and 15 minutes to find a vehicle. After 5 months you should be doing everything in your power to service your customers… not give them a run around and tell me the day before my trip that you can’t help me after spending a month telling me it shouldn’t be a problem. I called multiple times a week and came into the dealership at least once a week to be basically brushed off each time with no answers or any timeline on when i would get my vehicle back. After 5 months… i was done with dealing with you after it took me 15 minutes to find a loaner. After 5 months you’d think your customer service would be better. After 5 months you should be better, especially after your service manager tells me you have 5 vehicles sitting there waiting for the same repairs as my vehicle. After 5 months you lost a customer for life. Your apologies mean nothing… after 5 months of inconvenience and paying for a vehicle to sit in your lot waiting for parts…
