Victoria Park Pool - Truro, Nova Scotia

Victoria secret park is one of the best places to visit for summer vacation. It’s rather cheap (5$ per person), has many washrooms, changing rooms, showers, and is very spacious in relation to both-the area around the pool and the pool itself.

The pool is divided in many sections with different depth of water and entertainment. It has two decent water slides, trampoline to jump off into water, and many cute stuff for kids.

I would like to point out that there is grass where you can lie down, however, I advise you to take an umbrella with you, because apart from two gazebos there is no canopy.

I had a delightful swim today. Water was clean and the temp was perfect. I went for lane swimming, so do check their schedule online to see what the hours are for the activity you want. I had a lane to myself for the whole hour I swam. I thought $6 was very reasonable.

Very good. My sister Mariia and I always have a blast when going here. We love jumping up and down and going down the slides!! We went on Sunday (today) and the music was quite good with some fire hits so props to whoever made the playlist. My sister Mariia and I were dancing and having a lot of fun like in a Barbie pool party💅😎 the only thing is that the jumping thingy is broken and we can’t use it womp womp:( but I almost did because I didn’t see the sign thank you lifeguards for stopping me and being so brave 🥳

1-4 and 6-8 open to public. I didnt know, went to 5, they said will be close 30 min before 6, for cleaning. Water verry dirty, no deck chairs, only few benches, arround 8. In the deepest side childrens jump, splash, no place for adults. Ia not expensive 6 cad but this place not worth at all...

Really family friendly pool, especially for younger kids. Large sections of pool are only around 3 feet deep or so but the 6 ft and 9 ft deep sections are kind of small. There is a diving board, dual water slides, water sprinkler play areas and ample room to sit out and sunbathe with a couple of gazebos for shade.

Pool is ridiculously cold. It’s “heated” but too cold to use. We went July 14, 2019 and couldn’t even get in. Real shame because the place is very beautiful. We called ahead, they said the water temp was 70 Fahrenheit. It was at best 60. No hot water inside showers. Only outside. So don’t expect to get properly bathed.
Young teenagers run the plus. Don’t expect any really help.

Again, real shame because the complex is very pretty, but poorly executed and staffed.

Enjoyed seeing the outdoor play at VICTORIA PARK this year. The park is a treasure for sure. Swim hike bike walk picnic see plays hear music or find your hidden quiet dell in the woods. A fantastic family outing.
