A nice facility managed well and swimming lessons for toddlers are good things to early opt for swimming. Learning and some space for family events like birthdays or celebrations of life etc.

The second floor is equipped with an ice arena for ice hockey practice and Match. Lots of family and parents come every day

Nice area lots of changerooms, but I think little though was placed into the design when it comes to smaller kids. It's ideal for older kids as the parents can watch from the viewing gallery but taking the smaller ones to and from the pool area with the distance in between is quite bothersome.

Very nice facility. Modern looking. Has a very busy swimming pool and an arena.
We were there for a local Roller Derby bout.

Great pool, showers are not great and there are only 4. Locker room is old and did not get renovated. But the pool and pool deck are excellent… saltwater pool!!

My daughter fell down the stairs by the main entrance and really hurt her ankle. She was performing at a birthday party. Not one staff member took our name or checked on her. I had to drive to shoppers to get her ice and first aid supplies. Sad. 😥

The facility itself is okay but the change rooms and families are such an issue.
Families are bringing grandparents, parents and siblings for one child’s lessons and crowding the family change rooms. Hurting the shower lines and ignoring when mentioned and even having one member sit in the change room holding it for a child that’s showering when numerous are waiting.
It’s absolutely awful. Will never go here .

The front desk recipient was very rude to us. She sent us back when we were trying to join the family swim (claiming it was at a another time). We came back at the other time that she recommended and she apologized (while rolling her eyes) claiming that she was checking another center schedule. So we were right and she is as incompetent as the city that hired her.

It's a nice facility. We've taken a number of classes there, the pools are great. The ice arena is pretty good. The bleacher seating could be more comfy.
